Has anyone bought tickets from this place ? Is this actually legit ?

Sucks..hard to navigate. To get tickets and eould only let you pay with Gpay

I ordered tickets in february and it was rescheduled till november and i cant acess my tickets noone will respond to me i would not reccomend

I love buying my tickets through Ticket Network. Never have a problem with them at all.

Very high online fee, up to 35% of the ticket price. Very unhelpful. Regret using ticket network.

Great app. Scrolling up & down is a slightly delayed as it loads real time data. Wish this app used the back button on my phone.

Easy to buy tickets and see what local concerts and events are nearby that might interest you. Maps are very clean and easy to read as well as purchasing tickets. 2 thumbs up 👍👍

I got confused thinking that it was bought at ticketmaster but it wasn't ticketnetwork a company that steals your money and sells its tickets at high prices I paid $1499 with them and they paid $398 dollars for my tickets and the tickets at ticketmaster are $380 up front to see daddy yankee do not buy here they never answer and they steal your money always buy in tickets master ticketnetwork won $1,100 dollars and I lost $1,100 don't make the mistake I made

I signed up for tickets at the Midland theater in Kansas City. I sign into this app. It won't let me in under the email and password I signed up on and now says I have no orders.

Software is atrainwreck, unable use with wifi, unable to consistently verify email, loses tickets. Would seriously reconsider attending an event if this is the app you have to use

Love this app!! 💜 Not only could I see all the events around my area, I was able to view a map at the venue and as I scrolled through the tickets for sale the sections on the map lit up so I knew exactly where the seats were located. All-around great app!

I bought two tickets for the Rammstein concert.I paid, and I got without any explanation the message that TicketNetwork is giving my money back. I wanted the tickets, not a refund, so I asked. Customer support blamed me I asked for a refund, later it was a miscommunication... I had the effort to call a number to book tickets again. Well, I was not willing to pay more money for the tickets and especially after such a bad experience. I'm upset and angry about the service

Not a reliable website. I signed up for the website to purchase tickets in the near future. I later found there was a purchase made through my account that I had not known of. I only found out because affirm had sent me a message that I made a purchase. I sent TicketNetwork a message that I did not make the purchase an hour later. They did not want to cancel the order. Now I am closing my account because of the shady business that is happening there. I am currently disputing this.

I consider myself plenty capable to order things online, set up plenty of accounts/profiles this is an app that definitely needs some work. Setup an account, wouldn't recognize my account immediately after. Took several attempts to sign up, reset password after several tries for acceptance then it accepted the original password, finally, no tickets in account. After receiving email stating "Good news! Your tickets have arrived". So, we are supposed to 'trust' this app? I want print option.

Worst ticket company ever. They charged me 400 dollars for two tickets, stating there were multiple areas in the venue when it was a ground venue and no sitting. When I get to the venue, the tickets are actually 35 dollars a piece. Instead of coming to an agreement, I wasn't even asking for the whole thing back. They sent a generic message pretty much saying not there fault. Do you see all their 5 star ratings name is Google user. DO NOT USE THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
