Can't seem to get on website. Downloaded the app. Just seems to keep buffering.

Terrible app. Can't claim my tickets and no one gets back to me. Never buy anything from this company. They are awful.

impersonating ticketmaster. very deceptive. installed by accident when i tried to install ticketmaster. showed up in appstore ahead of ticketmaster. how is this legal? oh forgot. they pay for ad space so both them and google win.

I pay $650 for each one of my tickets (2 tickets) and they send me $420 seats 😡 I called them and asked them to send me back some money or help me some how but costumer service lady's are very rude and hang up on me 2 time 😭😡 Please don't waste your money with this people, they don't care about us the costumers😡😡😡

Never buy tickets from here. This company is a scam, they advertise one thing, then sell you another. Avoid avoid avoid.

bought 800 dollards in tickets and never got them ... still waiting and concerts tomorrow

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Even their name is designed to fool you into thinking that your on "Ticketmaster". If you get the insurance you need to provide a Dr note to get your money back. The customer service sucks and they don't try to help you (or even respond to you at all. To many Hidden charges to much up sale. And the website is very glitchy.

Do not buy tickets from this company. They overcharge each ticket ridiculously. You don't get your tickets right away. And they do not refund you when asked.

Horrible, once you submit the payment that's it the tickets are yours. I called 5 min after purchasing them and they have a no refund policy. Beware

SCAN ALERT.I bought 2 guns n roses tickets for 08/03 on july 13th.i got an email from them with different seats but never got an email with the tickets itself..tried to dispute the charge with paypal but they said they provided prof of it and the charge still there...long history short, i didnt go to the concert and i need to pay for it...what a scan..i am disputing again and will go to court if necessary...i tried to call them so many times,waited for over 1h and nobody answer.get away people.

SCAM, COMPLETE SCAM! Please buy elsewhere. We had an emergency surgery for our 2 month old daughter (that we weren't able to schedule) which made going to our event impossible. Although we told them about this, they rudely refused any refund, or to even send us our tickets earlier than 24 hours before the event. They did this so that we couldn't resell them. We just recoup our money back. Very very disappointed, and will never use this company again.

I purchased 2 Tickets for Katt Williams Show on August 21st Section 118 Row 1 - 3 Toke My Money and NEVER ISSUED TICKETS.As a disabled veteran I saved for this SHOW & was Looking forward to it Since It Would Have Been 1st. Concert since Pandemic! I will Never Use Your Company again AND MY BANK DEFINITELY WANTS MY MONEY 🤑 RETURN TO THEM USAA FEDERAL BANK! Military Bank!

Ghost App - Do not use this App. I was scammed. I bought tickets for an upcoming concert and I never received e-tickets but my Credit Card was charged. I reported to my financial institution. This App does not have any contact information. It's a total scam.

Bought tickets to Céline Dion &9 didn't understand that they weren't purchase through Ticket Mastert themselves. They were purchased through a 3rd party who transferred them to me. Well, the concert was rescheduled twice then finally canceled all together. So I called & emailed Ticket Master to get the info from them as to who it was I will get a refund & they spouted out Privacy Laws to me. My Credit Card says Ticket Master under th r purchase, but they claim I didn't purchase them from them.

Buy from Gametime, Tickpick, or Stubhub! Waited for them to give me my tickets , when I emailed customer support to claim it, they didn't have my "order" after I gave them my order number that they provided , had to get paypal to help me get my refund, they're scammers, avoid them and save yourselves the troubles 👍

Avoid this company / app at all costs. You're actually looking for TicketMaster. These guys pretend to be them (name, app, website) all made to look similar enough so someone clicking through quickly will not notice the difference until too late. Then they charge more than 3x what you could have paid on Ticketmaster for better seats, and won't refund you even when you realized the mistake within minutes of placing the order & contacted right after. All in all terrible.

Bought tickets, got email confirmation of my order. Invited friends to go with me. Waited patiently for tickets via email. Eventually I called customer support. It turns out, My order was cancelled and I wasn't even notified!!!! I can now buy tickets at 3 times the cost and they are in the nosebleeds!!. Customer service lady apologized, but assured me that she can't help me and my order will refunded. Horrible first time experience. Uninstalled. Will not use again. Do not recommend.

There was no way to transfer the tickets so we end up having to buy a second set of tickets it's not fair when people don't know how to you know run platforms. It doesn't cross over to your Google pay. It was a nightmare especially for someone who is not computer savvy. And then they try to have someone whose semi computer savvy to help them. And then when you have somebody who is computer savvy to try to help you and they still can't figure it out. I would have to say that this app sucks ✌️

Tried 3 times to order tickets through this company and each time after receiving the payment through PayPal they "had issues" on their end to where it wouldn't send me the tickets and suggested I just put in my card information directly after the third attempt. As far as I can tell, the site is a scam, and I'm glad I only use PayPal online when ordering from somewhere I don't already know.
