The application is a continuous reverse auction to sell off your tickets! There's a maximum price to sell them, but there's no minimum price below which idiot people can sell them off. In addition to the fact that when selling people always pay a higher price than the one set because they pay commissions and at the same time the seller earns much less because other commissions are withheld and ticketswap it doesn't even guarantee a refund if the same seller uses the ticket he sold.

The ticketswap strategy is increasing scams in the app. They become obsessed with address information people keep cheating in the app. They allow rest of the world to buy tickets but if you get cheated impossible to get your money because your bank visa /master card issued "countries" not supporting ((Then why allowed us to buy tickets?!)) I advise people to open consumer court case if ticket is scammed + court fees + lawyers fees refund and emotional damage.

I was happy with the app but this morning I bought a regular (adult) ticket for the 21th of June to a person called Carmen, full price.Just when I had already paid, I could see that the ticket wasn't actually a regular, it is for kids and costed 3€! I cannot use the ticket and cannot resell it for the same price because what this person did is cheating. I tried contacting Ticketswap but dont answer the phone, chat is a useless bot, and I cant contact Carmen Please I just want my money back

I used to like this app because I could get tickets for events in different countries and I always could enjoy the events I visited with the tickets I bought. Since this raffle exists, it made less certain to get tickets for the sold out shows, and there's no guarantee for the tickets won on raffles will work. The only reason I give better than 1 star, is that at least I got my money when I sold tickets.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP I can't get support help, couldn't comfirm my address with every document I tried every time I tried it was declined despite being a bill or utility document, I can't get the money from the ticket I sold. update: three days since I wrote them an email, no reply, just sending their automatic generated emails to confirm the address

What a disaster of an experience. I am trying to sell tickets for 3 days now. The tickets are legit but the app has issues with upload and verification. I have tried multiple browsers and the app. Since the AI chat redirected me to a human operator there is no answer for 48hrs. The phone number is not connected to whatsapp anymore. When I call, there is a message "no agents are available right now, please hold" and after few seconds I get disconnected. Totaly unreliable and unprofessional!

Tried to sell a ticket via TicketSwap (officially recommended by the event). Uploading the original file failed with a vague error. The chatbot is useless, and there’s no real support contact. After 4 days I got a generic reply telling me to contact someone else — no help, no urgency. Worst support I’ve ever dealt with. Never using TicketSwap again.

Ticketswap has the worst customer service of any company. I am currently being scammed out of $50 due to a software glitch, and I am being given absolutely no way to talk to a real human being. The two customer service options are "start a chat", which gives you a series of bubbles to click with automated responses that end the chat immediately, or an "emergency" number to call that hangs you up after 13 seconds.

In an app, where a fraud seller can sell a single ticket as a double, I can't give better score. You have AI chatbot, you have the pdf, how the hell can it happen, a seller can fill fake data for the ticket? Both type and price...
