One thing that I will not tolerate with an app is when you don't make it easy to find the notification settings to stop notifications. I would have been glad to use your app otherwise but I don't want notifications popping up all the time. I found the notifications page but I just got to pop up that says Go to the settings to appropriately set your notifications. Well I've tapped every damn thing on your app and there are no other notification settings to find. Uninstalling the app

Says no fees but there definitely are, they're just already part of the ticket price (they're hiking the price of the ticket for the fees they claim to not give). You can compare to other apps/sites that have fees. It's the same. You're just hiking the price to make up for what you claim to not charge. You're charging the same price as any other site that has fees. The only thing You're giving is the illusion of a good deal. Nothing more.

Tried to buy some tickets from the app. It immediately rejected my payment for suspection of fraud (which I do agree is nice). When I tried to call to talk to an agent no one was available and even after leaving a message no one returned my call. I was able to get a hold of someone over email but was told I had to give the amount of a verificaion fee in order to get my account cleared but I never found any fee charged to my accont even after calling my bank. So I was unable to buy the tickets.

Extremely frustrating to use if you have to purchase multiple sessions to an event. Fraud alert shows up after 2nd transaction of a 6 session event. Different card worked once before account gets locked. When you call to clear up the fraud alert, it only works once more before you have to call again. Too frustrating, if you are not making an extremely simple purchase.

The company behind the app is excellent. I had an issue with tickets, and was given a resolution I wasn't expecting, and went above and beyond. Yes, things issues don't get resolved as quickly as they would if they were an official ticket partner, but you're paying with credit anyways so just buy them here and save money. The app does almost everything that the website does except place tickets for sale.

I used this app to buy a ticket to a sold out show, and had no problems whatsoever! The app is easy to navigate, and I enjoy that the price you see is what you pay - not go to checkout and get slammed with 40% fees like everywhere else. I even was able to use a discount code on here and literally ended up paying $2 less than I would have if I had bought the ticket months before! Thanks TickPick!

Their website has bugs which resulted in my account relisting tickets I had already sold! Imagine my shock when I found out I sold tickets to an event I didn't even have listed. Their own rep admitted they've had other cases like mine where phantom listings reappeared. Yet they still made me pay hundreds of dollars because the event had sold out and I couldn't cover. I had used Tickpick for years because they were slightly cheaper, but now I know why. Stay away!

By far the best ticket marketplace I've seen. I love that they have fees baked into the price, so what you see is what you pay. They also consistently have the lowest priced tickets. I always shop around and I always end up buying on tick pick. I also love the tracking feature. With the nice little snapshot of a line graph you can see how the prices have changed over time.

Recently downloaded and giving 4 stars because of a couple problems. One: Can't update my birthdate or location. Both were entered wrong and it won't allow me to change it. Two: When purchasing seats, you can't blow up the section to see exactly where you'd be sitting which is important when trying to determine between different rows and which might be better. Other than that, app seems decent & appreciate posted price is the price you pay. Hate when places charge more for fees, but not on here.

The price you see already has the fees included. 😒 they make it sound like you are getting a great deal, but all the apps are the same. I compare it to Gametime that has fees, and after selecting the tickets, the prices are the same, sometimes more than buying through Ticketmaster or Axs. AND they force you to buy a pair, no single ticket 🙄 I been going to concerts for over a decade and fees s*@k, but they're just taking advantage of our FOMO
