Little bit of a hiccup setting it up but after resetting the app and the box worked like a charm. Can’t wait to see what other apps you can add in the future!

I can’t get my device to connect via my phone. It worked one time now it won’t connect any more . Support is not answering Thier mail. So I guess I’m stuck with this doorstop as I can’t get any response from support on email or any other company links.

The app won’t start, it stays at the title screen and that’s it. Seems like they turned off their servers and ran since there seems to be no one around anymore.

Good app overall, with some room for desirable features. Would love to be able to have more control over scheduling apps, a better search function, and presets for app “catalogs” I can load and unload at will. Overall I’m satisfied with how it’s working for me so far though.

Very easy to use app. 2 suggestions: the ability to disable an app (perhaps via a long-press). And secondly, the ability to set app time as a percentage (e.g. Clock for 40 seconds (66%), Spotify for 10 seconds (17%), CitiBike for 10s seconds (17%). Look elsewhere, device has fallen apart, no support, no new material to download to the device. Not recommended at all. Don’t waste your money.

I would happily change my review if I could connect my Tidbyt to my home network, except it is a hidden network and the Tidbyt setup does not allow me to enter the network info manually. Unless this is addressed, it feels like this purchase was a waste for me.

I wish there is a way to create a priority queue for the screens. For example: if Spotify is playing then, don’t display other apps or set fast transition for other apps and keep Spotify running longer. Love my Tidbyt and the software development team did an awesome job across the board. An amazing app for Android and iOS, a pretty open design in both the hardware and software, and love the work they did getting the units out to us.

Really frustrating customer experience. None of the weight-related app integrations are working. I bought this to give myself a daily weigh in reminder and visualize my fitness journey, now I have a $200 brick. Not ready for prime time.

I made the stupid choice of clearing the app’s cache when my Tidbyt device was not working properly. Now the app won’t allow me to sign back in to my account. Edit: NOW MY GEN 1 TIDBYT WONT CONNECT TO MY WIFI ANYMORE!!! It just started happening out of nowhere!!!!! This is stupid and annoying!!

Randomly found out about the Tidbyt clock online as an ad in my news feed. It looked cool so I decided to try it out. It really is a pretty awesome little device. I needed a good clock for my living room and the slideshow style info it provides is perfect. Highly recommended!

This app is in need of some serious love and attention from the devs. If you have many “apps” it’s very difficult and cumbersome to rearrange them. Very cool, new apps for the device come out frequently so it’s worth checking out every so often. I do wish there was a ‘only on the weekend’ button or even a full compliment of daily check boxes so I could customize what days the apps are active. Do that and it’s 5 stars.
