Look, if you’re the kind of person who’s always checking the tides, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to plan your beach trips.

I've tested a bunch of tide and beach apps, and Tide Table Chart is one of the better ones I've used. It's got all the core features you need - tide predictions, moon phases, global coverage. The animations are a nice touch too. On the downside, the UI can feel a bit outdated and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay. But for a free app, it's pretty solid overall. Definitely recommended if you spend a lot of time near the ocean.
