EDIT: There is NO "Reply" function and "@" function, making communication very ineffective and ineffecient, communication gets lost (and ironically, this is an app for comms???!!! =_=) There is NO search function in "Add New Group"!!! I have scroll throught the whold world??? PLEASE FIX IT!!! Next, I got auto logged out from app, and upon logging back in, I lost all the chatgrp I was in... =_=

update: Due to updates being made with sounds, my team and I missed an important page that delayed patient care. I have an android and was able to choose my sound according to the broadcast being used before. That is no longer the case and has affected our job. Please fix this for it is crucial. Being able to choose the priority of each broadcast was ideal and beneficial.

Coming from an iPhone, Android's version us super buggy. I can't set automated responses or opt out of being on duty without numerous attempts. Notification sounds are hard to control as well. Not nearly as polished as the iOS version.

I'm not sure what happened with this latest update, but myself and everyone that uses this in my hospital is having issues with message is not coming through unless we're actively staring at the open app. This is not effective in an acute care setting and has led to a lot of unnecessary delays.

I can't change the notification sound. The one it has is too quiet for me to notice. I've searched online and updated the app and the operating system on my phone, but there is no option to change the sound either in the app or on the phone settings.

I don't anyone likes being on call in the first place and this app only makes things worse because of its multiple strange behaviors that make it hard to use. These include: inability to change the notification sounds. Repeated notifications for unread messages despite viewing all messages requiring restart of app and phone to clear. Strange hand off of messages to next person on call that makes the messages unviewable after you are no longer on call. No dark mode.

No longer allows custom sounds, even after changing the setting. The app appears broken. I can go in to choose sounds but it won't actually play those sounds. It sounds like a quiet text message sound regardless of what I do. Dangerous for patient care.

Recently my android phone was accidereset to factory settings. All of my apps, contacts etc were easily reinstalled but Tiger Text although was still there and installed, it wouldn't let me log back in repeatedly flashes to blank screen and starts a countdown of incorrect password entries message but never can get to a screen to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. So far IT can't figure it out. Desktop TT working but cannot get mobile app using QR code to open to login screen. Ridic.

Buggy. Every day after in logged into my roles there are dozens of messages listed as unread by the previous person in that role. And after I read them I still get notifications that they are unread. I restart my phone, I log out and back in, and it still happens. It doesn't make sense to list messages as unread when the provider before me, that actually received and read them, are unread.

Good idea but horrible implementation for android. It's unfortunate that I'm forced to use it at my workplace. I've given up trying to get help from IT, they're responsive but don't have solutions. Whenever I take on the role, hundreds of messages that were previously read get sent over, each one with the notification sound. It also impacts my battery.

Once your patient clicks on the link to view your text, if they don't respond, they refresh, or they leave the browser, it locks them out so they can't respond. So if you're wondering why your patient isn't texting you back, it's cause they can't. This is only meant to send a text out with personal information. Not meant to actually talk to a patient to see how they're doing.

This new update as of last week or so has an annoying bug. Even with no messages to be read, it keeps giving me a notification that says I have messages unread. Upon logging in and out, it shows messages I have already read as unread. But this was not able to be seen prior to logging in and out. Ridiculous for me as a nurse to keep looking at fake notifications when I'm already busy.

priority messages don't make noise for notifications anymore. What is the point?

This app is inconsistent with giving alerts when a new message is present. I am using it on Samsung Galaxy S24.

doesn't follow the notification sound set in settings which is for a pager like sound, plays a single short beep instead which is impossible to hear

The app mostly works fine. But there's one thing that drives me absolutely crazy. When my phone is on vibrate and my screen is off or I'm not in the tigertext app, it vibrates for notifications. When I have tigertext open and someone sends a message whilei have the conversation open, I get a loud notification even with my phone on vibrate. There's no way to fix this in the settings from what I've found. I get loud notifications when I'm trying to respond in meetings and lectures. It's awful.

Please fix this app. I get a constant "Oops - looks like we couldn't sync your account. This could happen if we lost our connection to your device." when trying to log on using my Samsung phone but it works fine on an Apple tablet. This is incredibly frustrating as it's much easier to use the app on my phone and the" mobile friendly" version in browser is not at all mobile friendly - it cuts off messages at the bottom and I can't reply.

Frustrating, and I'm not able to fix the problem. Tiger text now is displaying new messages aqt the very bottom of my screen, and then another TC message will come in right on top of that one at the bottom of my screen. The messages won't display on my screen so that they can be read. It's time consuming to get rid of those. Then I have to open the app from my home page to read the messages. GOOD GRIEF! Do y'all even respond to these comments???

Terrible app. It keeps logging me off for no reason. I have to log back in 5-10 times a day. I've tried uninstalling, restarting phone, and reinstalling multiple times, sometimes its ok for a few days and most of the time its more of the same log out, log back in business. Does not send me a notification when I receive a message, not even for urgent messages. Notifications are allowed on my phone. Just a horrible, no good app that's required for my job.

Difficulty marking messages as read. Sometimes, after message has been reviewed, it's still remains marked as "unread" and I continue to get notifications every minute that I have a new message. The only way I was able to get it to stop was by logging into the desktop version of the application and reading the message on there, then it finally became "Read” and my phone stopped ringing. Resolving this bug would definitely improve the app significantly
