The app is very interesting and you get to meet lots of people, but very expensive. Also the people are more less from the same regions like ive only gotten three regions. so maybe variate this more..please reduce the cost of the coins and increase the time limit for use example the 3 tokens for 20 seconds is alot in both ways it could maybe increase to 60 seconds. And if a lady charges 25 tokens per minute, it should deduct only that and ask before the timer runs out if you wanna continue.

I was only matched with people on the first day I downloaded the app, since that time have not been matched and I don't even earn anymore and alot of my students are having same problem 🙃

Too expensive after the increase in price. the quality of the people dropped too, many just let you stare at wall or celling and scam your credits. should have a feature to only start billing about 1 or 2 minutes to prevent such thing from happening.

worst experience I recharged it and then after some days of use they simply robbed my 1200 coins. I contacted customer service but they defended their robbery by putting blame on me they are so shameless that when they don't have anything to say they simply answer we are a legal company no matter what problem you have come up with

Fix your app, it's not just me who experience your app error. Lot of girls are experiencing this issue, I hope you won't ignore. We've been here for a long time and this it's first time we experience this issue. Don't blame our internet/wifi because my internet speed is 400 mbps. All apps are working, just your app is not working. We attempt to resolve it by uninstalling and reinstalling but issue persist and worst is we cannot log back in because the app won't allow us. Can't contact support.

You need to fix your app and bring more match calls , Because I can be on the app for hours without a single match call I tried contacting the customer support but they are not giving me the answer I want.

I have a coins in app 1500..just 500 to cash out 20$ but for some reason I can't no longer log in.. no way to contact support or anyone since I can't log in atleast if u blocked me give a warning or reason atleast but I didn't do anything that's for sure. very bad app. . so if u planning to work here as host streamer think before u get scam.

The app is frustrating when it comes to call matchmaking I’ve been experiencing an issue with the Tigo app. Each time I try to use the matchmaking feature, I keep getting the message “Matchmaking failed.” I've sent messages to customer care, pls do something about it.
