Reviews for TikTok Lite - Faster TikTok

No good. This version is even worse than the original version of tiktok. Now the app freezes constantly to the point that I can't even get any buttons to work. Just trying to log in and the buttons won't respond, they just lock up and I can't even put in my password. Videos freeze. I managed to get through the lag to turn on data saver mode, but the freezing continued. Also I can't speed up videos by holding down my finger in this version. I liked that feature. Please fix these issues.

ok but can't do alot that regular tiktok has...cant post video in comments. no re-edit in the delete option. can't ff videos alot if options in the settings are not there like on reg tiktok. No comment history option so no way to find a comment your looking for. Recent update made it run worse.

Unsure of the app still. Although, I am enjoying the videos. This is my first time on TikTok. Will do a better review later on as soon as I become more familiar with the app.

I love this app ngl but, what's the difference between the real TikTok. the adds lied about it working without WiFi and it's bad quality don't waste ur time k. this just get the real TikTok not TikTok lite it's the same thing ...

I'd like it if you could make it so we can pin videos but other than that it's awesome!(( this is a little update, I got a notification that said tiktok lite isn't available in my country in the US, I don't know why but if that's true please change it because my IP address got hacked and now I'm permanently banned on regular tiktok

I am very happy with it and sometimes it is the only thing I had to bring me up and I lost my phone and had to start all over because I can't remember password so for me if they wanted to fixed anything about it that is what I would love to see and yes I have put it on paper and save it to my phone but here I am having to go through it all over again just because I can't remember a password and Facebook has kick me off and on so much I have about 12 to 13 account well I would have if I could rem

I love this app and I think ownership should stay right where it's at. We don't need to sell or trade it to any other group or company. Unless you want to gift it directly to myself. That would be the best option if you don't plan on retaining it where it's at. That said, I'm not smart enough on knowing all the facets of it all and where things stand as of now.

Don't listen to the negatives. App works just fine without wifi. MUCH cleaner version with no Lives and no endless shop ads. Deleted the original and won't go back.

wish they would listen to people about the heavy data use of other applications. although this might be a decent application for social media seems to be kinda for kids.. this is still a great idea to implement lite applications.

I love TikTok! It is great to have a version of the app that is less taxing on older phones, or phones with less than stellar hardware. This app looks just like the regular app, so... honestly I use the Lite version by choice because I like how nimble and quick it is.

I cannot access Tik Tok with this app. it says my email is registered. I went through the obligatory tests to prove I was human and a reset email was sent to me however nothing worked. I clicked on the green change password and nothing happened I press on it and hold and I don't get any information that I can copy and paste into my browser. They also sent a numerical code given but I don't see anywhere I can paste the code. I am using my Android cell phone. Grrrr!

i like this app,but even after refreshing my for you page multiple times,i continued to get the same videos. i wouldnt mind it as much if my entire for you page wasnt just the same exact type of videos. im going to try deleting my account,reinstalling the app,and create a new one. hope it works !! :3 edit:its better now.

It's easier than TikTok and less worries about your storage space ever since I downloaded to my phone. I don't have to worry about videos running slow anymore. The only thing bothering me now is that I can't use Facebook Lite to link my friends. I have to use regular Facebook to use and bothered me. Other than that I really like this app. Thanks to all of you who's pitch in to make this works the best.

overall this app is a decent version of tiktok without taking a GB from my phone and isn't very laggy (to me) but what I really wish is that they put the speed up x2 for videos on here and my only complaint is that I would be watching videos and scroll but then after awhile I keep getting the same videos about fourth of July and such and no matter how many time I refresh it it's still there!!! please fix the app!!!

it's better i made a review on the other version of tiktok saying it's very slow which it is but this one is much better still slow tho but my phone is not about to blow up I would give this a 5 stars but it's still a little slow maybe if they improve that this could be a 5 stars but they listen to all the reviews about the slowness and lagging and fixed it i like how they just made it different version instead of just changing the real one and I like how it's basically normal tiktok

Please add the ability to view previously watched videos somewhere like how the larger version of tiktok has. I pause a video only for the feed to refresh itself while paused, forcing me to lose whatever video I was watching. That happens way too often. Or I go to block someone from a comment they posted and when I go back to the video it refreshes the feed, again making me lose the video.

it's a good use of the app. Boils Tiktok down to its simpler roots as an app, and while some editing features are removed for the sake of a simpler lite sersion, I am well aware that it's supposed to be the light version and not the full version. it's kind of helps me scroll less, too, so I can don't stay on it and stick to daily things with my life.

It's beautiful! on my ancient phone, normal tik-tok struggles a little and can become very annoying to use, but i have had no issues with that so far here, it's missing lives, the shop, the discover feed, all the features I don't like, it's stripped down to the bare essentials and i love it! it sadly gets 4 stars instead of 5 because it's missing the image commenting feature I loved in standard tik tok, and I cannot see image comments.

It's not ideal. When I first got it, it was super fast, basically tiktok. When i started using it more, I realized some comments were blank. I slowly realized they were comments with pictures. this app doesn't allow them, or pretty much doesn't have that 'feature' yet. Lives? nope. Photo comments? of course not. Half of the songs arent even there because of copyright issues. you also can't send stickers. nor see them. (through DM ofc.) overall, Mid app.. gets slower during more use.

Yes, the reviews and ads may seem good but ALSO LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVES: App was good and I thought it would work with no wifi and I could probably like this version more than the original but now that I have the app i don't even like it... My wifi was cut off due to power outage for 3-4 days and I had nothing to do so I thought I could come on this app, watch a couple of vids and then go to sleep but I can't because the app DOES NOT work without wifi and the ads lied DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
