This app is usless! It makes my job as a service worker so much harder. I can't clock in before starting a job because it freezes up, it takes forever to load, and when it does load it crashes. I have to complete my "timesheet" in between crashes and pray that I can get them turned in on time. I have sent two feedback reports since I began using this app, and nothing is done. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. There either needs to be another option, or fix the app!

I don't know what you guys did to this most recent update version 8.1, but it's absolutely horrendous to try to use lately! It is extremely slow. It takes forever to get logged in. It takes forever to enter and submit time. The app itself frequently times out and you have to press the "wait" in order to complete your task. And then you have to wait some more forever while the little circle spins and spins and spins. There are more frequent saved but not submitted times. We need to track.

Since start of the year this app has had freezing issues, location issues, and am just now figuring out how to log hours correctly despite all of this, and then today, after an apparent update to fix that, it won't even log me in! Just spins and then says y'all are having difficulty. I re-installed, restarted phone, can't even get it to load password recovery, so I assume it's on your end. Please, please, get this fixed. This is how we are supposed to keep compliant! 🤦

Worst App I've ever seen. So many errors, technical issues, and downtime. Only positive note is when it actually works, it's easy to use. I've been trying to "clock out" since yesterday... For today's shift I haven't been to clock in or out. Update(1/6/22): 2 weeks of entries disappeared from last month just realized. And even though I clocked out yesterday the clock kept running forming 5 different additional entries all for yesterday evening. It blows my mind how dysfunctional this app is.

This app has been pretty easy to use, & navigate. The only thing that bothers me is when I sign out of my account, & my dad tries signing into his, it will log back into mine repeatedly & vice versa. We have to completely close the window multiple times & retype all of our log in information, until it will log into the correct account. It's not a big deal since it's family, but it could be a problem if someone I didn't know were able to access my account.

What a horrible experience this is. The 1st 2 weeks it worked fine other than dropping the activities some days. I was offered training when I asked about this. That sums up the customer support attitude. Now it doesn't even up load my time entries. It just saves them then says "System busy Will be auto submitted". For 2 other days it says "Not submitted" even though I have submitted them time and time again. I can pull pages so I know I'm connected to the internet. I've signed out and back in along with restarting my device with no effect. I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall as my saved entries might not make it back. Overall a very bad experience so far.

So frustrating and time consuming. I hate having to spend so much time trying to get it to work. By that time, it shows I'm late clocking in. Even when ask to update App it still freezes, crashes, won't take my entries. App oftentimes closes while I'm putting my entry in. I have to log in over and over before it will finally accept my entry. I've informed your Tech Support to no avail.

I'm having the same issue with my time disappearing after submitting it. Even if I enter it manually. Tonight I got this error message: Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later. I have tried several times to submit it but keep getting the same error and when I tap on OK, I get another error: Sorry, we were unable to submit your work. Please try again later. It then gives me the option to edit or cancel my entry. I also get an error on the IPone website.

It was working for a little bit and then, weeks ago, I could only select toe nails under personal care. Everything else like meal prep, cleaning, transport, etc has disappeared. Now, I can't even turn in my hours, as it says there is an error and I must edit or cancel my timesheet. This error has been going on for days now. I emailed you guys, days ago and have gotten no reply. I called this morning twice and no call back at all and it has been hours.

Some time submissions disappear completely (have 2 weeks missing that were approved, I have the screenshots) and also the company hasn't paid 4 pay periods, that is 2 months. They show as "good to be paid" but the checks never process. Going to find out who I can report this too. I've called many times and they can't process any of the payments. This is the most unprofessional situation I've ever experienced.

This app takes at least 1 to 2 minutes to let me log in. Once logged in and I try to time out it tells me Im offline. It's very frustrating. Sometimes it won't let me log in at all so I have to enter my time after I get home. Several times I got the message that it was experiencing technical difficulties. I sure hope the update fixes all the problems! Also I was told the GPS would only track where we logged in and out. I checked on my phone apps and it was tracking me the whole time. Why?

I loved the old app. And would give it 5 stars. It was easy to use and track your time plus know when yours or your workers timesheets was due. Now everything is in different parts of the app and impossible to keep up with. You can't tell when timesheets are due. The old app had everything in one place. And was much easier to understand. Please change it back! Now I can't even get into the app. It says app keeps stopping.

I love this app when and if it works! This app has more technical errors weekly and or daily than it is working. It's so slow as well!! If we and the Participant were able to clock in and out and approve our time without problems, this would be great!!! I also have had to uninstall and reinstall this app in order to access my account. All the above is FRUSTRATING.

The app works fine when you use it, but once you clock out for the day and log back in, it either never clocked you out or it clocks you in and out twice in one day for the same time. I haven't been paid in two weeks and any time i contact anyone through the app, they either never respond, say its fixed when it isnt, or they refuse to address the actual problem. Im getting ready to call a lawyer and possibly the labor board.

this app is seriously annoying! Ever since the last update on may 17th all my entries for the last 13 days have all said "there's a problem with your entry" and now after deleting and re-downloading some of my entries say I worked double shifts when I know I didn't! I did not work 15 hours one day and 16 the next all my entries have been for 8 hours and it's really annoying. And don't get me started on how no one answers emails, if you aren't gonna respond to them then is shouldn't be an option!

The app works but also it's the bare minimum. It takes the longest time for it to actually load me in and I have fast reliable Internet so that is not the problem. I hate that when you do the tutorial you would think it wouldn't show up to do again, but every single time I clock in I have to deal with pressing the small button to skip it. Not to mention that I clock out and confirm that I clocked out but it claimed I worked for 24hrs. Get your stuff together.

I sign out, submit the time, seems fine until the next time I sign in and the timer is still running. The app flags the entry as denied. The original hours that I submitted are logged in as I intended so at least I don't lose them but the timer has continued to run on three different occasions. I also have 9 entries listed as processing from over a month ago. I've been paid for them. Can't clear it. Total hours worked as displayed is not accurate. Keep track of your hours manually.

Dear DEVELOPERS. Did it ever occur to you, that important buttons are supposed to be big, not a small text that is hard to click!!! Not to mention that the TOUR should be gone once completed. For such a simple interface you somehow managed to make it ridiculously unfriendly. I interact with my bank app less when doing a remote check deposit, then with this parody of an app when I need to clock in or out. And why constantly have to log in with code when biometrics are enabled?

I've been trying to log in all day to do trainings and it keeps telling me "no internet connection." WiFi is connected. Tried with mobile data. Same message. Turned phone on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same message. Hope when I go to clock in, I'm not marked as being out of compliance because you won't let me log in. App is awful. Why do I have to select country each and every time? There's only 1 choice.
