Reviews for Timesheet: Work Hours Tracker

← Back to Timesheet: Work Hours Tracker

Edit: Developers really need to give team members the option to leave a team. I really want to use this app for a new job but cannot get hold of old boss to remove me from team. Otherwise its a great app I have tried a bunch of free apps, gave this one a try. It has been working great for me. still figuring out some of the smaller details. I did purchase a month subscription to pro, and I will probably buy a year.

I'm not happy that I now have to pay a subscription fee. I'm uninstalling and using a different App. I work various locations on different days of the week. It's a great tool for keeping track of my worked hours and potential pay for the week, including bonuses, allowances, penalty rates, etc. It's really handy.

The best timekeeping app I have found among the many options I've tried. Things I like the most are, sync between multiple devices, ability to attach photos, GPS location with map view, can search entries, copy entries to other days, save templates, change color of entries for quick visual id, multiple entries per day, dev responds to questions/suggestions I could go on, but just download it and see for yourself.

I use this app daily to log my work hours and have the paid version. While it's very useful, €11 is quite high, especially for basic usage. Offering a lighter version at a lower cost would be ideal. For this reason, I give it 4 stars. I have no issues with the app itself and have been using it for 8 months after thorough research. If more pricing plans are introduced, I'll happily change my rating to 5 stars.

I like it what I need it for but haven't delved into it deeply. But it's free time keeping side does the job for me.

July 2025: Love the new map feature!! Oct 2023: pretty good so far. best part is paid and unpaid break option... Oct 2024: EDIT: 4 TO 5 STARS BEEN USING APP FOR 1 YEAR NOW and it is always getting better. It's worth the $10/month. I asked them to add a way to add vacation and sick days.. just need personal days now! I only get paid 4 hours for each and don't get paid for all sick days, so I love the customization. Trying to make sure my time matches with payroll office!

This is a great app for recording work hours. I start and stop at different times each day as well and I like the fact that it allows you to amend you start and stop times, but you can't edit these times until you clock out for the day. I would like to be able to amend my start time if I happen to click in after my actual start time instead of having to wait til I click out, otherwise I live this app. Some other time keeper apps I have used offer a trial then you have to buy full version. Thanks

So I started a remote admin company mid 2020 & currently have 12clients with varying hours & rates to keep track of. I've used a few Apps now & this is my current favourite (Jan.2022). Super easy to use, not some complicated system I have to learn. Can either clock in & out or just input hours manually. I use different colours for each client which makes invoicing so much easier. & It calculates total earnings per shift. Super handy. Big ups to these guys! Definitely recommend.

This app is great for tracking sporatic work hours. It has a good amount of notes and other options. Would be nice if they tacked on a mileage entry. The only thing I don't like is that it continues to ask me to sign in. It does not stop me from making entries when I do not, but tells me I will loose my data.

Loving the app in the amount of time that I've been using it. Pretty easy way for me to track the hours that I've logged, really love the clock in feature. I kinda wish there were ways to customize the app because everytime I open it I think I opened the calendar app instead. They look very similar, as a matter a fact I believe the dev used the Google calendar app as a template.

I've always been quite bad at tracking my hours and expenses. This app has made it so simple and straight forward for me. I can plug in my rent and other expenses to get a real reflection of what money I'll have after everything is said and done. Plus, it's as simple as plugging in my clock in and clock out times with my hourly pay rate. I literally have no guess work or opening up my calculator app to do now. I love this app.

Don't let the three star rating deter you. It is actually a decent application and does what most people will want. There are a few kinks that need to be worked out for this to be a long term solution for multiple people. Time tracking and editing on the user level works very well. Templates work great and the extracts are very helpful For the superuser, times should be able to be edited and pay rates added. Changes should be visible to the user would bring to five stars

I'm a salaried employee who works WAY over 40+hrs/week... so I've been using this app to help track how many hours it truly takes to do my job. I'm hoping this data will help convince my boss that we need to hire more people! 🤞🏻 The app is easy to use and the Excel spreadsheet reports are super quick/easy and exceptionally helpful! Love this app. 4 stars only because it only allows 30 entries to be stored for free, so you have to delete each entry after you run your report for the month.

I freelance and may work on a project on and off throughout the day. Because I bill hourly I needed a reliable system to keep track of my time. Once I figured out the pause button was only for premium users and that I needed to tap "clock out" if I was taking a break from a project, everything worked great. I just tap "clock in" when I pick up my work again, and the app will put it all together through Excel if I ask it to.

I used to use a spreadsheet to keep track of hours which got really cumbersome because I had to make sure I remembered to open and edit the sheet on my computer. Using this app has made that a lot easier as I always have my phone on me and it's super simple to open the app and just press a button! Then it gives me an automatic hour calculation and my estimated earning!

I'm going to rewrite my review since you guys were so kind. Overall it's a good app, I like the design and how easy to use it is. Some entry data are useless for me, I just want to track my hours from my 2 jobs & see how much money I'm making. Unfortunately when the trial period is over you cannot keep using the app. Would be nice a free version with limited features.

I loved this app but I kept turning in timesheets that we're a couple dollars off. After much investigation I realized that I wasn't entering anything wrong, the app was calculating my dollar amount incorrectly for the times it was reporting. I never caught it, my client did, and that was really embarrassing. I used this app so I didn't have to set up a whole spreadsheet on my own but if it can't do basic math either I might as well just be making things up. I'm VERY frustrated that I paid money for this when it was screwing up.

Well, it used to be a great app. Until after months of use they decided to tell me the free version was now just a trial. Now the app is entirely unusable unless you pay a monthly subscription. Thanks for the lack of clarity that the free version isn't *actually* free. I recommend not even bothering with this app anymore, there are others that are legitimately free and don't try to screw you over after months of use.

I'm torn, I like the simplicity of this app but recurring billing or $109 for lifetime is too high for me. I'd welcome an ad supported version or even a stripped down bare bones level, but less than the $27 that is being asked for. I've found another app that also does what I need. This is my preferred one, but the other doesn't have a steep cost

It has good points and bad. I like tracking of monthly and yearly expenses. I like separating each type of job by tagging. I like the ability to export my year into reports. However, over time of extended use, the program has become the largest app on my phone. It now runs at 500mb. That's after I exported my first year and a half off. If I'd been able to store app data on my SD card it'd be fine. But it's all internal. Speaking of, I wish you could delete multiple entries, not month to month.
