Been using Timesheets – Employee Link for a couple months now. It’s basically a tool that lets you and your employees track time, manage schedules, and communicate on the go. Pretty solid app if you’re into workforce management.
Here’s what you do: you can add ‘smart tasks’ to jobs, then schedule your crew on the shift board. Your employees will get notifications when they’re added to the schedule or if it gets updated. There’s also a built-in time clock that’s pretty handy. And the dashboard lets you see everything in a calendar view – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re a small business owner or manager who needs to keep tabs on your mobile workforce, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a simple way to schedule, track, and communicate with your team.
