Been using Timo Chat for a couple months now. It’s basically a social networking app where you can chat with new people, make video and voice calls, and even join themed voice chat rooms. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you create a profile, find people nearby, and start chatting. There’s also video calls if you wanna see who you’re talking to.
