Pretty solid app if you’re into home safety and prevention.
Here’s what you do: you can monitor your home’s electrical system in real-time through the app. There’s also alerts for power outages, which is pretty cool. And you can get regular maintenance checks on your home’s wiring – took me a while to figure that out but it’s really useful.

So here's my honest take on Ting. I've tested a bunch of home safety apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The electrical monitoring and fire prevention features work well, and I like that they'll send an electrician to fix any issues. The power outage alerts are handy too. On the downside, the app can be a little glitchy at times and the UI isn't the most intuitive. But for the peace of mind and protection it brings, I'd say Ting is worth a look.
