Why bother with the app. I have set appointments twice on this app with times that seem to be available only to have them call me back to tell me that can’t do it at that time and having to reschedule. The app should have the times disappear if there is something scheduled.
Almost every time I try to make an appointment, it never works and has to cancel or reschedule. I have better luck just going in the store and make appointment there, which is not very convenient.
App used to work great. Unfortunately you can no longer import service records for your vehicles.

My experience at Tires Plus was good. I made an appointment because its a busy establishment and my car was brought in in a reasonable amount of time. Gentleman at desk was nice and knowledgeable. Good custimer service. Font feel I overpaid, Tires are great alignment is spot on.
*App doesn’t connect to stores and the information in some of the stores is always complainting that they don’t have enough workers and that the computer system is old. I have dealt with many different issues, at different locations. Starting with their App to the stores. #PoorService #AppFailure
The app doesn’t connect to the stores. It tells you they have available appointments and that you’ll get a confirmation for a requested appointment. Then, hours later, you check with the store and find out they didn’t receive your request and that they don’t have any availability

Honest and reasonable. This App is useless. I made an appointment and chose a tire. when I got there they said they don’t get any details from the app. so the didn’t have the tire I wanted. the next cheapest tire to the tire I wanted was $70 more. Rediculous!
