Best app, easy to navigate and book services. Best hours, open early 7 days a week. They offer one of the most comprehensive list of services in the industry.
Why bother with the app. I have set appointments twice on this app with times that seem to be available only to have them call me back to tell me that can't do it at that time and having to reschedule. The app should have the times disappear if there is something scheduled.
Almost every time I try to make an appointment, it never works and has to cancel or reschedule. I have better luck just going in the store and make appointment there, which is not very convenient.
App used to work great. Unfortunately you can no longer import service records for your vehicles.
I love Tires Plus. They've been taking care of me for quite a long time now. I've actually put my 2 daughters on my account. For car care service. And if they forget something or miss something they always correct it. There service is awesome, the staff are awesome. I have no negatives to say about Tires Plus car care center, in Capital Heights. Maryland.. They're always glad to go back and fix it. They're awesome and I'll never take my 2018 Toyota Camry anywhere else.
This isn't as much about the app as regarding recent service. About a month ago, I took our van to local Tires Plus for them to check out AC. I was informed that it was about a $4000 fix. Sadly, our van isn't worth that, so we chose not to fix it. My coworkers suggested a different mechanic shop in town, so I made an appointment. Long story short, they fixed my air for under $200. We may still go to TP for tires, but for other maintenance work, we'll be checking out the other place first.
Do not use this app. I scheduled through the app and walked in for my appointment. They told me they did not have any opening for 2 days and would not fix my tire. They do not keep it updated or even pay attention to it. I would actually give 0 stars if it would let me.
In store promotes download app to receive % off on service. I did that Infront of the employees also pointed to sign on wall in the store that stated the deal for downloading app, and they just looked at me like apes and said no. So I deleted app. Wasn't going to use it if false advertising.
My experience at Tires Plus was good. I made an appointment because its a busy establishment and my car was brought in in a reasonable amount of time. Gentleman at desk was nice and knowledgeable. Good custimer service. Font feel I overpaid, Tires are great alignment is spot on.
*App doesn't connect to stores and the information in some of the stores is always complainting that they don't have enough workers and that the computer system is old. I have dealt with many different issues, at different locations. Starting with their App to the stores. #PoorService #AppFailure
