So here's my honest take on Toonpics - Cartoon Photo Edit. I've tested a bunch of photo editing apps and this one's pretty solid. The cartoon filters are really well done and it's fun to mess around with. The time machine feature is a cool gimmick that you'll probably play with for a while. But I will say the upgrades and stuff can take forever if you don't wanna pay. And yeah, the ads get old fast. Overall though, it's a pretty fun app if you're into that kind of thing.
