I can confirm TopSurveys does pay. I received $20 through Tremendous. However, everything I’ve earned since (for games, not the low amount they pay for surveys) is stuck in “pending” for a week or more. Even if that’s normal, it feels sketchy and not very transparent. I’ll update my review if and when I actually receive the pending money.
Top Surveys LIES thst DOESN'T PAY YOU when PLAYING GAMES, after the 1st couple of missions. And it takes up too many days to make a few cents. I did a few survey questions in a roll, and they all denied me because I don't own stocks or something like that. Also, I have been playing this game for a while through Top Surveys, and all of a sudden, it stopped paying out for completing missions & Ads cause the game to go back to the main menu screen. They're making money off us instead. LIERS! 😡😡😡
It took almost 2 weeks to or more to get the 20 bucks to cash out. It advised that you won't get disqualified from a survey, that's not true! Now i have tried to cash out. It should have been simple, but they charge YOU to deposit it in your paypal account! So, I opted for the virtual card...DON'T DO IT! Mine does work, and after dealing with Tremendous and Top Survey for almost 3 weeks AFTER i should have had the 20 bucks, I am still waiting. CS is bs they closed my ticket twice without fixing
This app doesn't deliver on larger payouts. The surveys rarely pay because they find a reason to disqualify you, and the others want very personal information for you to proceed such as banking info and private stuff from your phone. when I reached some of the higher payouts from games the app would say I received the money, but it would never be reflected in my totals. I reached out to their customer service and received no response. would not recommend.
I have been using this app for several weeks. Just as I was about to get to a required level (30) in a Solitaire game & thus get $30, the game disappeared from my list. Another game I downloaded & played never showed up on my list so I could not earn the benefits. And on any of the surveys I take, it freezes & crashes before I can get to the end for the earned money. Therefore, I will never get enough to cash out like it pretends in its ads. So my advice is not to waste your time with this app.
Surveys take longer than "advertised." I spent hours on a game that only tracked and credited for the first few levels. When I contacted customer service, I was told to wait multiple business days before reporting the issue. I did, and then I was told Top Survey stopped tracking the game and to try a different game. Complete waste of time.
By completing game offers,I was able to cash out two gift cards, one $10 for Playstation and one $20 for eBay in about 2 weeks. However, since then I've encountered several issues. I did not receive one reward worth over $8, and another reward was advertised as over $10 but was suddenly reduced to $2.57 when I reached the milestone. Additionally, all my emails requesting info on these issues have gone unanswered. I consider myself fortunate to get what I did, and I will be deleting this app.
Was honestly great until the app stopped tracking my progress. Now out of nowhere the app doesn't keep track of progress in games and not a single survey do I qualify for anymore. I reached out to the support team days ago, but I've not gotten anything back yet. It's a shame because I loved this app. Update 3 days later, still no reply from support. Just don't waste your time in case you also come across this issue.
It's a scam. I was making good progress on my game was just finished a timed task, but I'm unable to cash anything out. At first it was because of an increased cap for some reason, but then they put my account on hold so I can no longer make progress in the game I was actually working on. Now the customer service refuses to say anything but my account is on hold and after being told I could still make progress during this time, I am now told I cannot after I spent another day finishing tasks.
They don't payout. I've gotten all the way to $29 and they won't let me cash out. It keeps saying technical error, contact support. I've contacted them numerous times and they don't respond. Ive been trying to cashout for a month now. This app is a scam. Update: As you can see, they replied on here. I tried to contact them again as they said, and no response.
