I can confirm TopSurveys does pay. I received $20 through Tremendous. However, everything I’ve earned since (for games, not the low amount they pay for surveys) is stuck in “pending” for a week or more. Even if that’s normal, it feels sketchy and not very transparent. I’ll update my review if and when I actually receive the pending money.

Top Surveys LIES thst DOESN'T PAY YOU when PLAYING GAMES, after the 1st couple of missions. And it takes up too many days to make a few cents. I did a few survey questions in a roll, and they all denied me because I don't own stocks or something like that. Also, I have been playing this game for a while through Top Surveys, and all of a sudden, it stopped paying out for completing missions & Ads cause the game to go back to the main menu screen. They're making money off us instead. LIERS! 😡😡😡

It took almost 2 weeks to or more to get the 20 bucks to cash out. It advised that you won't get disqualified from a survey, that's not true! Now i have tried to cash out. It should have been simple, but they charge YOU to deposit it in your paypal account! So, I opted for the virtual card...DON'T DO IT! Mine does work, and after dealing with Tremendous and Top Survey for almost 3 weeks AFTER i should have had the 20 bucks, I am still waiting. CS is bs they closed my ticket twice without fixing

This app doesn't deliver on larger payouts. The surveys rarely pay because they find a reason to disqualify you, and the others want very personal information for you to proceed such as banking info and private stuff from your phone. when I reached some of the higher payouts from games the app would say I received the money, but it would never be reflected in my totals. I reached out to their customer service and received no response. would not recommend.

I have been using this app for several weeks. Just as I was about to get to a required level (30) in a Solitaire game & thus get $30, the game disappeared from my list. Another game I downloaded & played never showed up on my list so I could not earn the benefits. And on any of the surveys I take, it freezes & crashes before I can get to the end for the earned money. Therefore, I will never get enough to cash out like it pretends in its ads. So my advice is not to waste your time with this app.

Surveys take longer than "advertised." I spent hours on a game that only tracked and credited for the first few levels. When I contacted customer service, I was told to wait multiple business days before reporting the issue. I did, and then I was told Top Survey stopped tracking the game and to try a different game. Complete waste of time.

By completing game offers,I was able to cash out two gift cards, one $10 for Playstation and one $20 for eBay in about 2 weeks. However, since then I've encountered several issues. I did not receive one reward worth over $8, and another reward was advertised as over $10 but was suddenly reduced to $2.57 when I reached the milestone. Additionally, all my emails requesting info on these issues have gone unanswered. I consider myself fortunate to get what I did, and I will be deleting this app.

Was honestly great until the app stopped tracking my progress. Now out of nowhere the app doesn't keep track of progress in games and not a single survey do I qualify for anymore. I reached out to the support team days ago, but I've not gotten anything back yet. It's a shame because I loved this app. Update 3 days later, still no reply from support. Just don't waste your time in case you also come across this issue.

It's a scam. I was making good progress on my game was just finished a timed task, but I'm unable to cash anything out. At first it was because of an increased cap for some reason, but then they put my account on hold so I can no longer make progress in the game I was actually working on. Now the customer service refuses to say anything but my account is on hold and after being told I could still make progress during this time, I am now told I cannot after I spent another day finishing tasks.

They don't payout. I've gotten all the way to $29 and they won't let me cash out. It keeps saying technical error, contact support. I've contacted them numerous times and they don't respond. Ive been trying to cashout for a month now. This app is a scam. Update: As you can see, they replied on here. I tried to contact them again as they said, and no response.

At first it was going great. I cashed out my first small $5 reward just to see if it worked, but after that, it quit adding my rewards per goals made on multiple games played. It's been 5 days and it hasn't rewarded me, when it was before I cashed out. I will probably delete the app and count my losses. The email listed for customer support states it doesn't exist. So there is no way to contact customer service.

The app itself is actually quite good, and the payouts are reasonable. Survey disqualification is far more common than advertised, but that might just be for me. I'm rating low because I've been locked out of redeeming my rewards for seemingly no reason, and support has been of absolutely no help. They've been dragging their feet, and don't give any updates about what's going on. I have over $50 sitting on my account, and no way to access it out of the blue.

I opted in to an app rewards offer and started completing tasks. all was going well until I tried to complete a task that required me to spend money in the app. somehow they were "unable to track completion properly" they gave me a $2 credit as a "courtesy" that doesn't even cover the reward amount of the amount spent. not to mention that you have to have a minimum $20 balance to actually cash out, but I'm sure there will be a "mysterious error" that stops that from happening too

Taking forever to even reach $20. The surveys only give out tiny amounts of change. Not even worth my time. Not much to choose from for games either. Once I finally do reach $20, if I am actually able to withdraw, will more than likely un-install. UPDATE: Of course when I FINALLY do reach the withdraw limit, I was not credited the amount that was owed to me, so I cannot cash out. FIGURES THIS IS A SCAM GAME! UNINSTALLING!

The app was doing great so far I've made $132 since I downloaded it in May and it's October. However, now for some reason whenever I complete an offer in the browser like signing up to win a gift card, it doesn't track the offer so I don't get credited for completing the offer task. This is a major flaw considering that those are the #1 offers I look for in the app because they are simple and easy to do but if I don't get the credit for completing the task then it's just a waste of time.

It's pretty solid. Sometimes, a few surveys won't load or stop loading. Other times, you won't qualify, but it's not nearly as much as other survey sites. It's better than most and possible to meet your cashout threshold with very little effort. This is great for quick downtimes when you have time to spare. Make that extra coffee money. ☕️

Edit: I worked on surveys all day yesterday to get a total of ten dollars US to put into my bank. Today, no sign of the money. This app advertised that players will "never be disqualified for a survey". Not true. I've been disqualified for several. Also, many of the higher paying surveys come up with a black screen and black text, so the questions and answers cannot be seen. I'm still playing, but it's really frustrating, and the ads are partially lies. Also, there is a $5 minimum withdrawal.

so i mean its a reward app, its about as shady as you'd expect. the surveys rarely ever work. they'll let you almost complete them then tell you youre unqualified and give you 20 cents for the 15 minutes you spent on it. as far as the games go, you do get the rewards and the cash put process is easy but apparently anything over $10 has a 7 day hold period.

I'd recommend staying away from high paying rewards as they stop tracking after the first few tasks are completed. Customer service is subpar at best, and I have had issues with pending rewards showing one day and being gone the next. They have no intention of honoring their reward systems, so it's better to stick to surveys and low paying apps that don't require spending money. 🚩🚩 Update: Stay away from this app. Once you question their integrity, they'll prevent you from cashing out.

At first, this app was great. I cashed out a few bucks here and there with surveys. I decided to try a game. The rewards increased as the chapters were completed until I reached chapter 6. The reward was $12. I only received $5. I realized the reward list had changed, with the amounts DECREASING as more chapters were completed. I don't see the incentive in that. Customer support said they'd look into it. After a week of back and forth, they closed my request. Cashing out & DELETING this app.
