It's horrible the camera constantly stops working, it gets stuck a lot. The notification stops working as well. The album does also, and I have the Elite package where is supposed to be the best still stops, and doesn't allow you to view it or share. The company always has you waiting for a response forever. It still doesn't work to the reply, replied to me. The update didn't work. No one has tried to reach out to me at all since I last reached out. Don't make it seem like so it's not True.

I love the camera quality-larger covrage than what I have seen/ had in the past. Night vision is crisp & clean. Chime is adjustable- max is plenty loud. I have little more buffering than I like; it's not too bad. I love the alarm feature, photo capture, & video capture features too. I am not happy with the fact that the share feature does not allow for a primary account holder- whomever is shared access to the doorbll-cameras, they then have the ability to control the settings (not cool).

This sucks. I love the product but am less than thrilled with the app and service. My doorbell has been "offline " for a while because I'm still waiting for customer service to reply to my email from 2 weeks ago. It won't accept my payment anymore, even though nothing has changed. So, I can't even use the doorbell now. Extremely frustrating!

Dont waste your time or money on this camera. Mine worked fine for a few weeks and went offline and never got reconnected. Customer service told me to reset it and it did no good it never did reconnect with my phone. Read through the reviews here you will see more bad then good and most of them are about reconnecting issues and cameras just stop working. Do yourself a favor and find another camera. JUNK !!! And yes I reached out to tech and all they want you to do is reset and it didnt help !!!!

What's the point in recording events when you can't even view them in the app? I haven't been able to view any recorded motion events in weeks. It just spends forever showing the spinning loading icon. It was always slow but it used to eventually load the video for viewing. I also tried to use one of the cameras inside to keep an eye on my cats but it can't sense them from five feet away but can notice a car driving by even though I edited all the motion zones. It was never great, now unusable.

My cameras (2) work great, but my change review is because, now my problem is that I pay for elite status and the app got a random hair and has decided to decline my payment method. Says it is no longer an expected payment method (a visa debit). It's the one I've been using for months..... I think it's time to stop paying for the subscription and find new cameras.

The system and app are junk.. Cameras are always having issues and the app rarely works. The videos events are not consistent and sometimes take hours to show up, on the app, if they show up at all. There is no way to access the 24 hour videos, even with paid subscription. The cameras go offline and there is no way to refresh them or get them connected up to the app again and it is very inconsistent. Amongst so many other issues, this app needs to be redone by a professional. So disappointing

This could be a lot better. It's buggy, for one. For instancs, sometimes my camera just doesn't show up in the app and I have to force close and reopen it. My biggest complaint is that there is one notification for motion and doorbell ring. If there were two, I could give them different sounds, but alas, I cannot. Still, it's less intrusive that Google's nest, which is why I use it.

Videos are great but camera function does not work. The alert indication, regarding an event, needs better functionality. Please consider having the ability to turn on and off, via remote command. If used as interior camera, every time you move, it will record a video. The camera is well designed, in terms of optics and easy installation

I love my cameras I have 11 at different properties. it's so nice to have ease of checking on a home at a different location without having to drive there. The monthly fee is so affordable. Have recommended to others. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the APP. It never works the 1st time I click and open it. I have to click open, close, and reopen AGAIN before it will work and still sometimes then I have to wait for it to load. idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ It only started that in the last few months.

Awful. Used the app for their lights, but after a move had to pack them up for a year. When I was finally able to put them up and opened the app I get.... nothing. After the toucan splash screen the entire screen goes black. I tried to wait it out (5 minutes) and that's it. No registering, nothing, just black. It worked before, but now it's completely and utterly useless.

Was working for a little bit, but now cannot turn on or off bar lights from phone and it will not save the color selected. It's set to a time schedule and when it turns on, the default light setting is automatically set. When trying to turn on from app, it times out. I have to now manually turn the lights back off and then on for the correct selected color to show. The products work great! The app that controls them DEFINITELY needs some work!

I rated this app a three. Some good, some bad. The app is easy to use when the cameras stay connected to the Wi-Fi. When it does connect there seems to be a bit of a delay even when I'm 5 feet away. I wish the camera range was wider. It's advertised as compatible with Alexa but I haven't been able to connect to it. I wish the volume was easier to adjust. It's either real high and the whole neighborhood can hear when you're talking on it or really low and the person can't hear you or understand

The app and the cameras all worked great when I first set them up. Was very happy with the cameras, easy to setup, and one of the best prices around. Then there was a time when the images were discolored. An app update for Android eventually fixed that. Now doorbell went offline and have done everything to try to get it to reconnect with no luck. Have contacted tech support with long delayed responses that still not fixed. Be cautious if you use this product. I hope the bugs get worked out.

I bought the doorbell cam and it was pretty easy to setup. Right out of the box just installed the app and it walked me through the setup it was super easy. One issue I have with the app is it only records when the motion detector is set off. The manual record button feature in the app and the picture feature doesn't work at all. Also the app is a little laggy. Hopefully this company will keep updating the app to work out the little bugs. For the most part I like it, it was only 70 bucks.

Not really thrilled with the app zfter purchasing 3 cameras and the doorbell. The app keeps crapping out: sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Cameras do have a great picture quality and are very sensitive to any movement so I was very happy to see the upgrade where you can eliminate some portions of the viewing area. Would love to chat more but I have to try to figure out why the app now won't open at all....

This was a horrible experience. I really truly liked these lights & was ready to show them off, but unfortunately I can't when i can't get it to connect. I totally know my wifi is great because i have many other devices & lights connected to it. Another thing that irks me about this is that it calls for 6 batteries when clearly 3 seems to be just fine. I have taken the whole row out on 1 side & the darn thing was still on. Must take out one on each side for it to go off completely. Money back.

Outdoor camera/doorbell set-up is decent for the price. Picture quality is not 1080 (especially the doorbell). More like 1990's...The batteries die much quicker than expected. Impossible to get 4 months out of a full charge. I barely get one month! And all my cameras sensitivity are set to low. A longer snooze feature would help and/or the ability to set a snooze schedule. I find myself snoozing my cameras every 5 hours or so. Kinda annoying.

It's useless. I had the doorbell and my phone within a foot of each other. Tried pairing several times with no success. I restarted my phone and the device repeatedly. The app NEVER found the doorbell, even though they were on the same network. I think this app is REALLY OUTDATED and just can't find recent devices. Their idea of support is a "Contact Us" form in the app. I'm returning the device. ** 1/30 Developer's solution is to treat me like a moron instead of fixing the product. LAME **

Camera wont finish set-up. May have to return what a waste. Tried to connect for hours using different SSIDs I have. No other device has trouble connecting, but if this is just the start of things. No Thank you! I will be returning this device and save myself the trouble. I will definitely review the applications attached to these devices before my next purchase. The application was a completely waste and was no help at all. Trust me there's way better apps and device out there.
