Got it, bought credits, selected song, but there's no PLAY button... I had the correct box at the correct location. There was nothing playing when we got there, and my song never played the time I was there. The app is not intuitive and doesn't give any information about when, if at all my song might play. Also, there could have been a location specific Q.R. code to play music at that establishment. I've put in for a refund. I'll edit this review accordingly.

There are not enough categories to select from. The app only gives you a few menus to choose from. The search feature is exhaustive, and results are limited. There is no option to sort by price of play. Lots of one credit songs on the app, but no way to identify them. You just have to stumble upon them. And charging 2 credits (50 cents) a song when most of us are already paying for Spotify feels like price gouging. It is intentionally abusive to your app users.

edit: the newest update is absolutely garbage. I don't want a social media experience, I want to play songs. it's now cluttered and annoying. Prices keep going up for nothing. Just noticed that it's now more money for less credits, songs are more credits, and there is a new upcharge for songs when more people are playing music. Even less stars for charging an extra credit for long songs. Uninstalling and recomending bar ower switch to AMI, they're less greedy

The new version is a downgrade from the previous one. I've used the app for years, but I think it might be time to go elsewhere. It's very easy on this version to mistakenly select the FastPass option, costing you a ridiculous amount of credits. It's somehow possible to select this option when no other songs are playing, in which case you would pay triple to cut the line that doesn't exist. That's borderline criminal. Please fix it.

I'm a bar owner I've spent over $1,500 on touchtunes in the last couple years. the new app sucks! I've lost all the benefits I earned. credits also cost more. I can no longer see what other bars are playing. my jukebox now plays adds in my bar that i do not get paid for, that's cute. Touchtunes got greedy! it's awful.

It is good, but it has a major flaw. While the option to pay more to skip ahead in line is good, especially when someone is monopolizing it and playing 10-20 songs, there should be a limit as to how many times someone can jump ahead. For example, my wife and I were out. No one was using it, so I paid for 4 songs. After the first one played, someone continually jumped ahead, and I never got to hear the other 3, and we stayed about 90 minutes after the first played. It was a waste of money.

This app use to be fun. We paid for a dozen songs the other night when the bar was almost empty, but a group came in and just kept paying for their songs to jump the list. We never got to hear our music. There needs to be a way to upgrade songs already paid for in the queue or get my credits back when I need to leave. This is a scam otherwise.

Used to love this app. Now with the new version I can't pay for credits with the card that I have used since I originally installed the app. Sent a message to customer support in the app and no response. Basically the response I have gotten from customer service is oh well, not our problem, use a different card. Well it's acceptable everywhere else so I guess that the problem is you, so I will just uninstall the app. Thanks for zero help with the problem.

Need to be able to purchase more credits at one time, also need to make an option to change a song you play even if you lose your spot. You have multiple versions of the same song and it's easy to accidentally play the wrong one and would be nice to be able to fix it. Another good idea would be to let me change a normal song to a next song by paying extra credits but you guys are full of bad ideas lol. I would give 5 stars otherwise.

So they r sayin i have 2 accounts. nope. u sux. UPDATE: Another automatic update and once again all of my credits have disappeared. I'M DONE TOUCHTUNE I'm having the same problems as all others with the new updated version. I've been using this app for years with no problems. Once updating my credits, payment options and favorites have all disappeared. And the strange thing is I don't have auto updates on my phone so at this point I'm not even sure how it updated.
