Not a fan. I don't need an app eating data using my location services, certainly do not need notifications (using more data) every 15 minutes telling me where i am which is supposed to be used so i don't get phone calls yet still get long distance phone calls and texts for that matter from some random operator in an office somewhere. It's unfortunate our industry has surrendered to the low percentage of "truck drivers" that don't know how to do their job professionally that we require and app.

Worthless app and worthless company. They both call and text you in the middle of the night and wake you up to either give you information that you already have or ask for information you already put in the app when you did your check in when you picked up the load. I ended up blocking the number they were calling/texting from mid route because they got too annoying. Load is delivered and I am finally able to delete this piece of garbage off of my phone

These people will call you all times throughout the night and its absolutely ridiculous why have us download the app and track are location if you're still going to bother us! Do not bother me!!! On top of that you try to go look up the load information through the stupid application and you cannot even do that, because we don't have the access.

I used to haul almost exclusively for TQL and loved the company. I could not get the system to work so they told me to uninstall and reinstall. Now I cannot get it to reinstall. Which will not let me view what loads they have and now I hardly ever haul for them. The update is totally useless. By the time I can find one of their loads, I have somebody else asking for the truck. They got the update to work so now it's fine!

APP continues crashing on Android 13 one UI 5.1, also the app needs to be improved... 99% of loads at loadboard, there is not info whatsoever about the load, you always have to call. Also you should be able to make offers and counter offer without calling. Conclusion: Needs to Add the information for every Load, Loaded Miles, type Commodity, Address, Weight, Lumper, and Rate $, also with an option where you can make an offer if the rate is to low and a reply back if you win that offer.

forcing drivers to install an app onto a personal phone for business is wrong. a dispatcher signed to use your services. that does not cover each individual device that has to install this app. worst app ever.

Loads are always missing information or have the incorrect information. All loads need to include price, weight and EXACT pick up and delivery city! I'm tired of wasting my time calling on loads only to find out pick up or delivery destination is often times an hour or more away from that listed. Stop wasting out time being shady! List the correct information!

app never works and we as drivers need to start charging brokers minimum $10 a day for use of our data every tracking app required per load

The workaround I had to do to be able to take a screenshot of the address was crazy and unacceptable. at least let people be able to copy addresses to the clipboard. I also wasn't able to get the address until the day of pickup so I couldn't pre-plan. I hate all of these tracking apps with a passion and makes me not want to do my job anymore.
