I wanted to try this app. But it won't find the number I need. And now I can't find anywhere to cancel it. This was a big mistake. BEWARE
I left a review about their false advertising of two free numbers before having to pay and the dev replied to my comment and then deleted my comment so it doesn't affect their rating...
scam scam paid the first day when I made my account it didn't work as i thought it would. canceled my account with in an hr and still charged 3 days later of 17.99. What is this? I want my refund, plus I don't want to get charged again. also, there is no customer support or anything that you can connect
The second screen when you open the app is asking you to subscribe. I paid, created an account, and sent an invitation code to my son. He installed it and gave all the consents and shared location. On my end, I was not able to track anything at all. His number doesn't appear, and when I wanted to contact Support, it sent me to a message page that stated that traching one's phone plus an extra was completely free. However,I was never able to reach Support for help. Bad business practices.
What if some of your customers aren't looking for loved ones? What if your technology is making it easier to hurt people? I didn't use your app, but I downloaded it because you should think about these questions when you are making these people visible, and you don't know a thing about them or the ones you gave a flashlight to. do not downloaded this app is false advertising I paid the $1 to use it to track my brother it can't is saying that my brother needs to have the same app on his phone thats dumb this app is a lie it can't track any phone it says that you could there nothing but scammers lieing to the public
i would like a refund on the payment that you deducted amutomatically on my account. i did not extend any subscription to your acount yet the app automatically deducted payment on subscription.
would give zero star wants to charge you to use there system and could have made it clear it's not free to use unless you pay for services. (still not changing my rating because it should be in description that its needed a subscription to use app.)
this app doesn't track any phone you are supposed to create to track any phone without permission because phones are being stolen 0 everyday my wife's phone was stolen this evening and I cannot tracker create one that I can track my family's phone so the thief could pay for it. notify me if you do this would change a whole lot it will help people that are low income so no Bank is still their phone. this app sucks
this was never what i saw on the ad you cant find a missing phone if its not registered on your acct this app is not helpful am not gonna lie .. i am pissed right now cos i downloaded the app due to someone phone missing where i am and its asking me to send a code to the missing phone so the person can click and accept. how do you expect a thief to give you that easy access to be caught 🤦🏽‍♂️ makes no sense. you need to fix this app
