Been using Tracky : Location GPS Sharing for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you share your location with family and friends in real-time. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do – there’s a map where you can see where your loved ones are. You can also set up safe zones for places like home or work, and get notified when people arrive. It’s got a neat location history feature too, so you can see where people have been. Took me a while to figure some of that out, but it’s useful.

Look, if you want to keep tabs on your family and make sure they’re safe, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your kind of thing.

So here's my take on Tracky. I've tried a bunch of these location sharing apps and this one's pretty good. The real-time map is super handy and the safe zone alerts work well. Doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, but it gets the core features right. Biggest downside is the ads, but that's the trade-off for the free version. Overall, a solid option if you want to keep an eye on your family's whereabouts.
