Don't download it misleads. Unless you don't pay you can't see the features and features works when you share install in your families mobile. Once installed and added in families mobile you are able to create a group. Once you have a group you may see that person's location. If anyone lost mobile you can't track by installing this app. I lost my money 390/- just because I wasn't aware of this misleading information.

This app is fake. they have kept an Autopay deduction method and when I installed it and made payment for a week they deducted the amount as subscription for the next week too. I had downloaded to find the location of my lost mobile phone but nothing can be tracked. I tried for removing an Auto pay deduction but for doing that again I've been asked to pay the amount of 400 rs. I mean what the hell kind of a scam they are doing.

Was not able to try before I subscribed- it didn't work, finding my son, who was on his phone at the time. When I was in the car with him, I asked him to check his location services, they were on, so it was the app that didn't work, not anyone's phone. So I will be requesting a,full refund. I emailed for help, but was not effective in addressing the issue. Uninstalled as it was a complete waste oftime/ money- assuming that I get a refund.

Makes you pay 3 months subscription and doesn't work. When you cancel subscription it stops giving you access immediately. You add someone to track it all's you too verify and send them the code. They do their stuff and it still didn't work. Behind telling me they're walking. Then stips. Then asks to verify again. Waste of time and money.

There is no free version with ads and NO free trial. I was forced to pay up front before I could even evaluate the app as possible use for my family members. There is no way around paying $9.99 for a month or $23.99 for a year if you want to invite family members to your circle. And then each of them must pay. I immediately rejected the software and was told NO REFUND, even though i have uninstalled the software and will not use it the way it is.

I've had app over a wk and pd almost $70 total for one month service on two phones and it's not even working. there arent even any start up instructions, nor a how -to use tutorial as far as I can tell. However, I've contacted the company, so let's see bhow that goes . If it goes well, of course, I will update my current review as warranted. But as of now, i am extremely disappointed in this product .

Hi, I had taken subscription of 12 weeks and added another ph in circle..what I don't undesratnd is why is the location and battery status of ph not getting updated? What's the point of this app that unless someone opens the app, his location and battery details don't get refreshed! I wanted to view current location of my friend who was added to the circle but data wasn't refreshed as he didnt open the app.. Can you support this or refund back Mt subscription amount.

It is a very useless App that has nothing good to offer. I decided to track another of my phone and it was leading to a very wrong destination when the phone was actually at home. It took a while it was this useless App taking my money for so long despite not using it of course, it would have asked for your card details before you can even use it at all.

Lack of support response. I subscribed just to try. But decided to cancel the same day. Not expecting any refund, just wanted to cancel the subscription. Only to find out there is no cancelation button. Emailed support to cancel and a week later still no response. Disappointed.
