Works well for single trips, but for transfers this app seems to prioritize transfers with very little layover time. It doesn't even show 10-15 minute layover transfers if the shorter one exists. That doesn't work out with Murphy's law, because of course the first bus will always be 8-10 minutes late. I wish I could tell the app to prioritize more time between transfers so it will show me those as an option.

App is absolutely wonderful. Shows real time updates and are sometimes inaccurate but because the buses show up 1 or 2 minutes early which is fine! Also easy to use and no need to navigate/search because it does it for you. Also shows written instructions and speaks them. Also because I was unable to purchase the Royale, it allowed me to have it for free until I can make the payment happen.

I've used it for almost two years now, and it has worked fairly well for the most part. However, the visual aspect of the latest update is awful. Everything is messy and oversized, making it difficult to find the information you need. It's harder to compare different routes now, because I have to scroll over. It's also more difficult to see which side of the road the stops are on, which can be confusing, and the route number on certain lines sometimes covers stops, complicating. Not a fan.

6.0 is a terrible update. The UI seems to be designed for someone who is half blind, with each element taking up a comically large screen space. It still shows the bus's location in near-real time on its way to you, but it no longer highlights the route the bus will take to get there, only the route it will take after you get on. The update also broke notifications. Older versions would have pop-ups reminding you to, for example, get off in two stops, but the pop-ups now only say "Transit GO"

It's an okay app. It does its best to show where the bus currently is, & it does it well. This can be helpful in seeing if a bus is coming on route, at all. However, the most recent update crashes the app whenever you select a line. This would be negligible if the bus times were accurate, but they're usually not. As such, it is just a faster was if texting the bus time number in messenger.

As an avid bus rider, this app is very useful, especially because it guides us to where we need to go, and tracks where the bus is, although it does act weird the tracking, but that's most likely because of my phone signal. It also when I am off the app for too long, it just exits out of GO for some reason, and it is fairly annoying. Otherwise, it is a very good travel app when it comes to transit.

Last week and heading into the new one, this schedule has been HORRIBLE!!!! I have been using this schedule to get to work for 11 1/2 years and I've NEVER seen it this bad. The buses aren't running anywhere near the times on the schedule....and if it says a bus is close, check again and it changed and added another 30 mins to your wait. Fares go up but reliability does not!

love the app, but the new ui is so ugly. the font and icons are so massive it feels like one of those remotes you give to people who can't see good. the status bar in the notifications used to give an ETA when the bus would arrive but now it gives the ETA of arrival and the amount of time it will take?? that's the same information! the app is slower!!! If you don't have a new phone, I would highly recommend just using google maps. it also crashes more when leaving the app, so don't close it!

A couple years ago I used the app regularly and it was great! Used it to get around mostly the Provo area and occasionally up to Salt Lake and back. Fast forward to the last couple months and it's been WAYYY more inconsistent then I remember. I rely heavily on my own calculations based on where the bus is showing up on the map - that is, IF it shows up - in addition to the schedule it gives me because I do not trust it anymore. Desperately needs an update to accurately adjust based on live info!

A wonderful app in a lot of ways, but likes to suggest bus trips with extremely long walking distances and won't let you see additional route options that get you much closer to your destination without buying their subscription plan. If you're going to charge to show additional routes, there needs to be a way to set the defaults for which routes are shown to allow for the objectively correct route rather than the ones with busses arriving the soonest.

DON'T ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS!!! When using the GO feature you get a notification every literal minute no matter if you set a reminder or not. it's extraordinarily annoying. if you would like a reminder a couple minutes before arrival then you can't turn off the notifications. but you can't know which notification to actually pay attention to because they are nonstop. I don't understand. also I have been told 2X now that my balance is too low to ride yet it's clearly wrong.

Has issues. Consistently has inaccurate times that change frequently and differ from my local providers' web interface. I recognize some areas don't have a solid interface, but mine does, and it beats Transit by a long shot. In this app, I'll see +1 min, then -2 min, then +3 min, then -1 min, all within the same 60-second period. Meanwhile, the provider page is much more accurate and gives a solid time. Transit is just playing the middle-man, doing too much.

This app works alright for the most part. The times it displays are a better match to the actual bus schedule compared to using Google Maps. Most of the time it tracks the bus in real time, but it occasionally doesn't work correctly. My main issue with this app is the GO bus tracking. You'll choose a bus and hit GO, and it'll start tracking it properly. However after a few minutes of proper tracking it always changes to the next bus coming after the one I'm supposed to be tracking.

The amount you have to pay for other lines (and the fact that you do AT ALL) really ticks me off. What turns me off about this app is how it hangs and crashes 85% of the time and I'm *CONSTANTLY* Force Stopping it. I hate NJ Transit's app, but at least it doesn't keep freezing 🤷‍♀️ If I have to keep clearing Cache and Data, then it's really a piss-poor app. No other app requires clearing Data and Cache multiple times.

Inaccurate bus arrival time has me missing work on so many occasions. It says the bus will arrive at a certain time, then will switch up and says it has already passed or will arrive 10 minutes sooner. Please fix this. Update: This new update is awful. The directions to scan for an all say pass are terrible, and they don't make any sense. It's so complicated, and for what reason? It honestly feels like the app is stealing from us. I wish it would just change back. Terrible.

Could be great, but frustrating. I installed this app primarily for the subway time widgets, but they work at best 10% of the time. Most of the time, they are simply a grey block. Often, they are hours out of date. And it's not clear what it's choosing to show. I also wanted to contribute to their "Go" location tracking, but it's not designed for the NY subway. You have to follow their exact directions, you can't get on an early train, nor can you help if you are already on a train.

Constantly have to force stop when, after reaching one's destination, the app won't work correctly when attempting to connect to an adjoining route - it basically has to be reset (via force stop) to restore its normal functionality. Another bug issue is that you can only change the app icon color a few times before it "locks" and it can no longer be changed without uninstalling / reinstalling, which afterwards warns you you'll have to contact them if you uninstall / reinstall again. What a mess.

So, this is a really good app for getting bus times, but when they introduced their "Royale" pay service they really cut the app's usability. The stop where I get the bus to take me home is right next to a train station and several other busses. since the app only shows 4 lines, my bus line is frequently locked behind a paywall. they show when the next bus will arrive but if I want to plan my trip the app becomes essentially useless to me.

I really loved this app until the most recent update, which completely changed the ui and some of the functions. With the new update, it's harder for me to tell which bus I am taking and when it will arrive. While I'm on the bus, the app no longer shows me all the stops on the route. It does not show me the full route on screen, and it keeps zooming in to the bus no matter what I do, so I cannot see how close I am to my destination. The notifications now alert me after my stop and not before it.

This is a horrible app. If I could give it a negative, I would. It is a mess of an app to use, while it may appear easy to use. For example, days ago on social media, it was announced that a certain route would be rerouted, and one (very popular) stop was closed entirely because it's a game day. All day, kept checking for tomorrow, to see the change. Not there. Then this evening, checked again, and it said that the stop closure was posted this morning. It wasn't.
