Been playing TravelAnimator・Journey Route for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you create these cool animated travel maps to share with friends. Like, you can take your travel photos and turn them into these dynamic video map things. Pretty neat if you’re into that kind of stuff.

Here’s what you do – you just drop your travel photos onto the map, and it’ll automatically plot out your route and animate it. There’s also some options to customize the look and add little icons and stuff. Took me a bit to figure it all out, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy to use.

So here's my take on TravelAnimator・Journey Route. I've tested a bunch of travel mapping apps and this one stacks up pretty well. The core feature of animating your travel routes is really cool and makes for some great-looking videos. It's not the most advanced app out there, but it gets the job done without being overly complicated. The learning curve is pretty gentle too, which is nice. The main downside is the annoying ads in the free version, but paying a few bucks to remove them is worth it in my opinion.
