Description
Been using TREK: T.I. Communicator for a couple months now. It’s basically a contacts/dialer app with a ton of fun customization options. The whole thing has this retro sci-fi vibe that’s pretty unique.
Here’s what you do: you can set up speed dial, block numbers, and customize the look with different themes and colors. There’s also some dual SIM functionality – pretty cool if you use two numbers. And the whole interface is meant to look like some cheesy 80s computer, with lots of blocks and curves. Took me a while to figure out where everything is but it works well once you get used to it.
Look, if you’re into customizing your phone and want something different from the standard dialer, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the tiny text can be hard to read sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to add some personality to your device.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on TREK: T.I. Communicator. I've tested a bunch of communication apps and this one's definitely unique. The retro sci-fi vibe is a cool idea and the customization options are pretty deep. At the same time, the interface can be a little confusing at first and some of the features feel a bit gimmicky. But for the most part it's a solid contacts/dialer app that lets you add some personality to your phone. Not gonna blow your mind but a fun alternative if you're bored with the standard stuff.
