Been using the Tricon Residential app for a couple months now. It’s basically a home management app where you can control your thermostat, smart lock, and submit maintenance requests. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you do – there’s a dashboard where you can see all your home settings. You can adjust the thermostat, lock and unlock your door, and create maintenance requests if something’s broken. It’s got a neat feature where you can track the technician’s progress when they come to fix something.

Look, if you’re big on managing your home from your phone, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the maintenance request system can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want more control over your house.

So here's my take on Tricon Residential. I've tested a bunch of home management apps and this one's pretty solid. The core features work well and it's easy to use. I like that you can control the thermostat and smart lock right from the app - super convenient. The maintenance request system is useful too, even if it's not the most intuitive thing ever. In my experience, it gets the basics right, but there's definitely room for improvement in the UI and overall polish.
