It was a very good app until I started seeing pop up ads. Be better if they were removed. And start showing broker scores again. Used this app for several years, now they are wanting to charge drivers to find loads that doesn't give all info needed if you use a factoring company.
The app is designed well and very user friendly. The rates seem allot higher than most loadboards. The catch is that some of the brokers and high paying loads posted seem to be feaks. Some of the brokers are not reachable by the phone number / email listed and they do not respond back. Allot of them do not fill out the necessary information such as delivery dates. I have made contact with a handful of good quality brokers on here and they do have quite a few hazmat loads.
most of the loads posted have no rate meaning you still have to take time to call and wait on hold to see if the load is even worth dragging around. edit: the point of a load board is to find loads and decide if they are worth the time to contact the broker so you arejt sitting on the phone for hours. 90% of the loads i looked at showed no rate at all, that is a waste of time. it should be required for the broker to indicate rate.
First off, having to upgrade to get full list of information makes this a pay to play app. It is not free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get it the app is free to download, but the service requires an upgrade. You should not be advertising anything as being free, When it is not!!!
Looked at the load board to get an idea of how freight was moving . After seeing what i wanted to see I left the site only to be called by Someone claiming to be a Dispatcher with a Dispatch Service. The Phone Number came up as an Assisted living facility in Louisiana. If the brokers are too cheap to put the rates up front they aren't worth checking into.
I can't even see how to cancel my trial subscription! The password I just created to set up the account didn't work. I had to create a shorter password. Now that new password isn't working! All I want to do now is cancel my subscription! I'm sorry I ever subscribed!
I like using the trucker path app. Its pretty clean and uncluttered. Only issue is loads listed and the broker says its already booked. I would like to put it on drivers and brokers but it asks if I called. If yes the answer is did i book. If the answer is no then it asks why with options. I figure if i actually take the time to respond when I respond with...."it was already booked", it would be taken off the board. That way no one else will waste time calling. Check load still listed
Wish brokers would post more of the rates but app works perfectly. Simple, straight forward and fast. All major info is on the screen so browsing one load to the next doesn't require pulling completely off the road to interact with it. Pick up and drop off locations, dates and rate all on one screen. No pesky adds slowing things down, no greedy upgrades necessary. Just straight to the point. Very user friendly. GREAT JOB ON THIS ONE GUYS, THANKS!!!
Oo I hate this app so much right now. It's always freezing. Heats up my phone This thing took me off the freeway and made me go 40 minutes through a city for no reason. It sent me through "no truck access streets" it was a nightmare. Too many unnecessary information that takes over the screen. We are driving we don't need more distractions on a screen. If I search gas station, I want 2 options"here it's, let's go" but no, instead you get all this outdated information and "start route" nowhere
this app is on just about every job or trip planning I plan!! I check fuel stop at the most convenient to me. I drive trucks so fuel prices are a factor. I started picking loads from real brokers. they can do better. weights station are a concern so cat scale locations are a major plus. So are rest area a real trucks stops. needs a big update on current locations on this department. keep up the great job. I love it thank you.
