Stay away. Do not agree for tracking you using this app. For example. I arrived at Friday my home terminal and I put pause tracking for 18 hours, because I got my time in home. After 3 hours I noticed on phone screen TT notice. Tracking was restored to On status. I marked again pause tracking for 18 hours, and I make sure status changed for not tacking. After 5 hours I checked my phone and tracking was ON again.

Worst tracking app for truckers! I have tried everything! I've changed the settings so that the app can track my phone all the time and I've even left the app open in the background and nothing works. If the app is not actively open and on your screen then it won't track you! I'm so tired of getting 20 notifications a day asking me to resume tracking! Other load tracking app don't do this! I had a broker try to charge me $200 for not using tracking the other day because of this stupid app!

Being "for truckers" is such a joke. This app specifically is the most un-user friendly I've had the displeasure of using. The tracking is never correct, the times are always backwards in the stop order and the notifications don't make any sense. And the scanning feature is a pain. Auto-scan and multiple pages at a time PLEASE, for the love of everything... Facing a fine for not using the app could you at least make it usable. Macropoint is way superior, just saying...

Possibly the worst app for tracking. Doesn't want to work most of the time and fairly archaic. Didn't use the other features so I don't know about them but I do know any time I tried to send a message through it, it started bouncing and flickering. Constantly kept telling me to restart tracking via text messages. I never turned it off, so...

When tracking is active, this app crashes constantly. Doesn't matter if you uninstall it and reinstall it ,whether you update or not. Then when it does crash and gives you the pop up where you can hit send feedback, the feedback screen crashes.. The app does not work consistently or efficiently. It hasn't for 2 years or more.. Please either fix the app or discontinue it and get something that works UPDATE 10/10/2022; Still garbage. Brokers still require it.....

App let's broker's turn on tracking whenever they want, even if you haven't started on their load let. My phone told me that tracking had been turned on by the app. Once I opened it up, it showed that tracking was on for a load I wasn't scheduled to pick up for another 28 hours. I'm reporting this to Google due to the fact that Trucker Tools is allowing third parties to track a phone whenever they want which is a contradiction to the description for the app.

I have used other trucking apps and this one is the best, by far! You don't get bombarded with ads. The information is very accurate. The update has given us more options/features that make our jobs easier! I love the new, clean look. The ETA with each step/turn is priceless! Rate the truck stops, contribute to the scale info (open/closed), give us a heads up on parking, find parking, see UTD fuel cost...I 100% recommend this over other all other trucking apps! Look no further! This one is "IT"!

It's a great app, and works well. However, honestly as semi drivers, are we not tracked enough as is, without adding these. We already have are Garmin GPS, are mobile phones, and elds, and truck tractor tracking device, and most trailers, especially with reefers all have some kind of tracking device built in them. All these are already tracking you as is. Add this and that makes at least 6 ways they, Google and different government entities can and is tracking you.

No review for being a good app! It's a snooping app that's all it is! I don't want apps going through my phone and seeing any personal information, just not feasible! If these brokers want to be dispatchers they should be working for a company that hires dispatchers, be a broker and leave the particulates to the driver's, tracking causes many issues with the phone like battery over usage and signal distortion, it's not an exact tracker by any means if they have to contact you!

What I'm trying to get fuel prices there are too many Ave overlapping folders. It was nicer on the old version where you could hit the list and just have all the fuels come up and you know what the price of diesel was without having to move things out of the way and scroll down and press more buttons. The app find more routes now which is better than what used to do. Just tell you can't be routed
