I like it, it was pretty easy! Subscription price is fair and very cost affordable! 4.99 a month, and even though my first advance was $10, I'm glad it wasn't too much of a hassle to apply, and I was even approved! Very easy, simple process and, so far, $1.99 for the INSTANT option or 1-2 Days Free option. I think others would like it. But if you're looking for more, I recommend not to be too hopeful and take what youre offered or find another app alongside this one. I would recommend this app.

this app charged my account twice for the repayment fee causing me to accrue overdraft fees with no option for customer support . I did try to find support In the app but read it was unavailable, reaching out via email when I went to online support. after a brief exchange with support,was issued a refund for the extra charge

gives an error trying to link my bank account and tells me to contact customer support and then when I try to do so another error stopping me from seeking support. and when you're looking for it online there is no option for support only contact us to join. yeah I've already paid for a premium subscription and I can't get any help I rate this app is poor and don't go for it realistic contact me or something changes my rating will stay the same they fix it I will consider changing it

I downloaded the App, but it NEVER worked. True takes the monthly fee out of my account, but I don't have access to open the app or get any cash advances. And the suck part is, I can't open the app to cancel the subscription or close the account. I'm so frustrated & irritated. I want my money back.

The app was great until it suddenly couldn't connect to my bank. Nothing has changed, but now I have to contact their support. It's AI based (of course) their faq section says there's nothing they can do about connecting issues. At that point, what's the point of contacting their support. Seems like a run around to me.

it was great until they cut my advance in half for no reason at all I pay back on-time never been lsre PhD my subscription on time spending habits have not changed but they still cut it in half it's is supposed to help you get through not hurt you. not a good way to treat on-time customers. I dont rhink I will use this app anymore. so contacted support and they were no help at all. my name's BETSY NOT BESTY I didn't say you didn't respond I said you were no help!! DONT USE !!!!!!

True is awesome app but one of the companies they use is Besitos.. they are in the earn section. I played 2 nights straight on a game call match masters. and if you played that game you can earn trophies 5 x quicker if you use 5 cards. I wasted my time and money earning the trophies I earned. I've now collected 100 or more in rewards and my account was blocked because they claimed I earn the rewards in a suspicious time meaning I collected the rewards to quick. hmmm...

You do not seem to have an option to repay using my bank debit card. This gives me more flexibility to control transactions. I do not leave money available just sitting in my account. Too many hackers out there. Either send demand for payment to my bank account, or use my debit. I cannot track your demand if your transaction doesn't actually appear in my bank account.

Well this app started out fine. I played games and invested money into playing a few games. I was able to cash out two times for smaller amounts. Now that I have over $100 in my earnings tab I can't cash out and my account all of the sudden says account under review. The customer service does not respond and I'm only able to talk to a bot which is absolutely no help at all. This is ridiculous. If I can't cash out my money I will be forced to get a refund on the money I spent playing these games

This is a certified stealing App.. you have been warned! Don't use them for a cash advance. I make over 600 a week and have for over a year and still doesn't qualify for a cash advance and but they are quick to take their subscription to see if you qualify. They always say no you don't qualify. It's a lie. I've never been not qualified for any app except this one. They don't qualify. They just want the 4.99 subscription fee. I have requested refunds twice for the subscription fee
