It's not possible to get the customer support from Truecaller, you cannot resolve any issues with the app. being the premium member it's if no use. issues: Simple contact save gets stuck, it just doesn't accept the save command. recent calls don't appear in the Truecaller list. at times the caller is identified after the call ends . when u try to view the caller it takes time to display no one is there to address the issue except the AI bot which is not helpful.

Highly intrusive app. There is no option to turn off post call pop-up no matter what settings are selected. Even turning off all notifications on Android phone settings for this app is not working, which is very surprising. The app still by-passes all that and puts up this extremely annoying large pop-up on the screen.

Bloody Truecaller, I have tried many times to deactivate my account. But it is not working, there might be many bugs in the app. I wasn't able to even logout. I have to deactivate to change the account, but it is not working. It will be loading for a few minutes and return to the same process. waste, totally worse developing and maintenance.

Unable to hang up calls. Nightmare. I am still sitting here watching my timer continue to tick on a call I tried to end 3 hours ago. I cannot hang up. I paid a lot for application and it is absolutely garbage. I can't stand how had it is. Can't continue to use it and probably won't get a refund but going to start demanding one. Avoid at all costs.

Everybody speaks so highly of Truecaller, but it is not a good app, as most people say so. The reason I installed this app, was because of the number of spam calls being received. After having a spam calls blocked, Truecaller still the call to come true, ringing; instead of stopping the call from ringing as it was in the block group. Therefore I think it was a waste of time to even install this app. I will be uninstalling this app.

I had this app for a long while, I only use it for the enhanced caller id. Recently I noticed that my phone would randomly open up a shien page. I scanned for malware and virus. nothing there. On 9/26/25 I saw that my phone had attempted to open a website when i wasnt there and the connection had timed out. in the url i found api and truecaller in it. I refreshed the page and it went to shien. if you suddenly are having webpages open that arent you, it is this app. deleting this adware app.

to many ads, became unusable. when using Truecaller and saving a contact, pop up two to three ads opening different shopping apps in my phone. I use those shopping apps but don't want them open when I urgently need to save a contact. this happens a few times today whenever I open Truecaller. it became unbearable. trying HIYA now. heard it's ad free.

I pay for my monthly subscription and are supposed to see the number details (name and surname, email, etc). it works for a certain time, and then it just stops working. When you search a number, it doesn't give any details saying who it is.. it's like a glitch, and it's very irritating.. I looked to see if I should update my app, but theirs no update available..

The ads are just getting ridiculous, just trying to make a call itself forced me to go through 3 ads and sometimes the ads do not even go away after some time and I have to close the whole app just to close the ad too. Used to be decent but now it is just riddled with random ads popping suddenly like Lazada and shopee which would make me accidentally click into it. That is just a terrible and unethical way to put ads.

Truecaller used to work perfectly before, but now it’s completely useless. No contact name shows up in the search — even if the number is right there in the recent call list. It just keeps saying “No result found.” facing this issue since last 6 months, Please fix it soon, otherwise there’s no point in using Truecaller Gold anymore with payment of 5000/-.

Look, I love the app for allowing me to track calls from scammers and making me know who call me no matter they are individuals, organisations, or businesses. So I appreciate it really much. Since I'm using the free version, I understand there's a need for ads and that is not an issue for me, but perhaps the amount of ads that pop-up could be reduced? Sometimes, it is quite to the point of annoyance.

Truecaller is a well-designed app, and my experience with it has been excellent. As an Android user, I would love to see more customization options to enhance the experience even further. For example more options to customize the call screen. Pls can you guys make the the contact photo to be full screen and not half screen. Thank you!

Imagine being a serious situation where you quickly need to call for help, but no you're forced to watch an ad first. The app is just filled with annoying and unnecessary ads. As a third party app using it is optional because our phones comes with its pre-installed phone app, after my terrible experience sticking to my phone app us much better deal than paying for this

It's okay. The app is nice in that it has caller ID built in that gives more info than your phones caller ID. You can report and block scammers also which is nice. It has the tendency to block more legit businesses than actual scammers though. I still get unknown calls that slip through, but my bank or tax company or other legit business will get blocked. The caller ID and notification boxes are invasive and screen covering.

First, let me say I AM paying for "premium" access. Now, this app was working very well up until the most recent update on 5/15. Since then, the ai assistant fails constantly, lags, errors out and in one case would not hang up the call until I restarted my phone. While it has stopped 95% of the spam calls, I don't know if I want to keep it if all the features no longer work correctly.

Why does it keep telling me to restart my phone? I installed it for caller ID, but it gives me a lot of notifications about device suggestions about apps using battery life and my phone being slow. I believe this app has way too much information about the phone that isn't necessary for a caller ID app. That being said, it does a decent job with that.

I was a fan for years and recommended it to many, but the ads and unnecessary gamification took it down a bit. I don't want to be held to ransom to jump through daily tasks from my dialer to escape annoying intrusive ads. I'd gladly pay for an ad free version but no a $10 monthy subscription. As the caller information is user-sourced, even the free users add value. It still does what it's supposed to, but I miss the old app and may begin looking at alternatives.

Truecaller, you could've been the best. Since when have there been limits to using the caller ID function? I have never seen "caller ID disabled" until today. You guys are disabling the caller ID after receiving too many phone calls? It's not worth the payment just to not have the caller ID disabled. It's the only reason I use this app.
