It's not possible to get the customer support from Truecaller, you cannot resolve any issues with the app. being the premium member it's if no use. issues: Simple contact save gets stuck, it just doesn't accept the save command. recent calls don't appear in the Truecaller list. at times the caller is identified after the call ends . when u try to view the caller it takes time to display no one is there to address the issue except the AI bot which is not helpful.

Highly intrusive app. There is no option to turn off post call pop-up no matter what settings are selected. Even turning off all notifications on Android phone settings for this app is not working, which is very surprising. The app still by-passes all that and puts up this extremely annoying large pop-up on the screen.

Bloody Truecaller, I have tried many times to deactivate my account. But it is not working, there might be many bugs in the app. I wasn't able to even logout. I have to deactivate to change the account, but it is not working. It will be loading for a few minutes and return to the same process. waste, totally worse developing and maintenance.

Unable to hang up calls. Nightmare. I am still sitting here watching my timer continue to tick on a call I tried to end 3 hours ago. I cannot hang up. I paid a lot for application and it is absolutely garbage. I can't stand how had it is. Can't continue to use it and probably won't get a refund but going to start demanding one. Avoid at all costs.

Everybody speaks so highly of Truecaller, but it is not a good app, as most people say so. The reason I installed this app, was because of the number of spam calls being received. After having a spam calls blocked, Truecaller still the call to come true, ringing; instead of stopping the call from ringing as it was in the block group. Therefore I think it was a waste of time to even install this app. I will be uninstalling this app.

I had this app for a long while, I only use it for the enhanced caller id. Recently I noticed that my phone would randomly open up a shien page. I scanned for malware and virus. nothing there. On 9/26/25 I saw that my phone had attempted to open a website when i wasnt there and the connection had timed out. in the url i found api and truecaller in it. I refreshed the page and it went to shien. if you suddenly are having webpages open that arent you, it is this app. deleting this adware app.

to many ads, became unusable. when using Truecaller and saving a contact, pop up two to three ads opening different shopping apps in my phone. I use those shopping apps but don't want them open when I urgently need to save a contact. this happens a few times today whenever I open Truecaller. it became unbearable. trying HIYA now. heard it's ad free.

I pay for my monthly subscription and are supposed to see the number details (name and surname, email, etc). it works for a certain time, and then it just stops working. When you search a number, it doesn't give any details saying who it is.. it's like a glitch, and it's very irritating.. I looked to see if I should update my app, but theirs no update available..
