It's pretty ridiculous. I have no accidents, and never had a moving violation in my life, and Im over 50. It's not possible to drive the exact speed limit in reality. Hard braking isn't hard braking here, it's braking. They take points away for the most minuscule things. The app wants permission to track your every movement, in your car , others cars, AS WELL AS YOUR DAILY PHYSICAL MOVEMENT !! I don't recommend it, the slight savings aren't worth the headache....

Initially was useful in, apparently, discounting based on driving. Then we noticed the score inexplicably going down despite achieving perfect scores and driving cautiously as heck (and having angry drivers blow by) ! The algorithm is obviously flawed and not worth being tracked. We went from initial 90% to 100% to 70% each without changing anything after 100%. Wonder what they do with our info! We are Uninstalling this!

Don't brake for deer in the road or someone cutting you off. That's hard braking and a negative mark against you. Evidently, they would rather you wreck your ride. And don't let your kid have your phone in the back seat, choosing different songs to play, that's "distraction." Also, a negative mark. It doesn't know if you are the driver or the passenger either. So if you are not driving and you don't think to change that stat, you better hope they were a good driver.

App calculates inaccurate overall Score Ratings. The monitorings of Speed, Distraction, Hard Braking Hard Acceleration, are all 99 to 100 overall, and at the same time, the App has my Overall Score at 85. My Overall Score dropped from 89 to 85 within a week. There is No reasonable explanation why that happened, and after 2 phone calls to Hartford, they can not explain either.

this app isn't accurate. driving things happen beyond our control. if someone cuts in front of you pulls out from a side street no warning and not enough space you have to hit the brakes. this app records when I'm IN the GYM on the hydro boost. it doesn't record the speed zones correctly. I've had a great driving record 55 yrs no tickets no accidents I know I'm a good driver .also if GPS drops off my phone I have to stop to get it back on the app says I'm distracted with my phone .

This app is not responding. I have downloaded it more times than I can count. Says I have no trips even when I get home from a trip. It's totally frustrating! Works fine on my husband's phone, which is older than mine. It records my drives on his phone when I am driving, but it does not record on my phone. Hartford needs to find a new app service provider for its driving app!!!!

App only responds to vehicle computer. Not actual driving conditions! Speed limit signs do not always face the road correctly, vehicle computer doesn't read them and we are then considered to be speeding. Most of our driving is city, breaking hard is a common thing, others pulling out of side streets and drive ways or cutting off when passing on multi lane streets!

It is fun and I drive as I always do. I have been a good driver for a long time. Being bappreciated rocks! The app is not difficult. But right now my car has been under repair for a week and isn't ready to be driven yet but you are already warning me to drive more ofteñ if I want to keep my discounts,. you seem to ignore the reality that all kinds of factors can temporarily prevent us from driving.

Sorry, you don't give the option if, 0 stars. I got a text message that you haven't recorded any trips, AS I WAS DRIVING!!! You have also, in the past, recorded me, while I was in my house!!! I have uninstalled, and reinstalled this STUPID APP too many times. You can see that my driving habits have not changed, yet, my score, since you say I'm not driving, has gone down. Why? There was also times that I wasn't driving, due to foot surgery. This app is "really" useless!

I have never used a driving app before, but this has to be the worse ever. I drove for about 6 months with an average score of about 95. Then overnight it dropped to 73. No change in driving or stars. Now I can make the perfect 5 stars on all trips and my score drop. Last week it had me driving 100 miles away in another city while I was home on the couch! All the complaints I've read on the other reviews are ditto from me. This app SUCKS!!!
