So here's my honest take on Truple - Online Accountability. I've tested a bunch of parental control apps and this one is pretty solid. The ability to see what your kid is doing online in real-time is super helpful, and the content filtering works well. I like that it gives you alerts so you can step in before things get out of hand. The setup is a little more involved than some other apps, but once it's running it's pretty seamless. The only real downside is that the alerts can be overkill sometimes. But overall, if online safety is a big concern, I'd definitely recommend giving Truple a try.

Description

Been using Truple – Online Accountability for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you keep an eye on your kid’s online activity, like what they’re looking at and who they’re talking to. Pretty solid app if you’re into parenting tech.

Here’s what you do: Truple gives you a window into your kid’s device, so you can see what they’re up to and step in if they’re getting into trouble. There’s also a feature that blocks certain types of content, like pornography or violent videos. And it has this really cool thing where it sends you alerts if it detects anything sketchy going on.

Look, if you’re a parent who’s worried about what your kid is doing online, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit of a pain and the alerts can get annoying sometimes. But overall it does the job of keeping your kids safe. Worth checking out if that’s a priority for you.
