Giving it four stars because it's pretty streamlined and easy to exchange coins and keep track of what you own. My main issue is their third-party way of buying BNB (Simplex) would never accept any payments I had. Bank kept saying it was on Simplex's side but there's no contact information for them to even see what options I have. I ended up needing to go through another site to then transfer to Trust Wallet.

The app is not working correctly. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, deleted the wallet and restarted the wallet. Some of the nodes are not working when looking at the settings. I have followed all your steps. Please stop telling us to repeat the process if we tell you it did fix our issue. If some phones don't work well with the app then post that so we know. Otherwise listen to your customers and update the connections in the app because all the comments are the same on your website.

App is horribly buggy and lagging as well. I couldn't even get through the verification stage because the webpage takes long time to load up. It also wanted me to take a selfie, yet it asks to access camera a couple of time and still can't show up my face on there after trying a couple of times. Ironically, seems I can't "trust" this app for my transaction when it can't get the basic things right. Better off going somewhere else. Can't even get decent support in this issue either, smh.

I was initially a little upset with Trust Wallet because of some issues I was having, but they have great customer service! Now that I know how to fully use the app, it is very easy and I like it. Edit: I lowered my review to 3 stars. I have used a lot of crypto apps and this is definitely the most difficult one to use. I also have lost a lot of crypto while sending it through them.

It keeps lagging and sending error signs when I try to buy on here with my card. It gets to how much you want to buy and then says error before you can even put in the amount. It's been over 24 hours of me trying to buy some dang BNB! Waiting over 24 hours for verification on here and Swipe app!! Ugh!!! Losing out on making money. Fix this app!

The app is meh. Creating multiple wallets is janky. Every time you create a wallet, it tries to name it with the next numerical order. Hard to explain, but use it and see. Also hard to identify each wallet bc it doesn't include the last digits of the wallet in the name. The biggest complaint is that Trust Wallet does not give you the private keys for the wallets...only the secret phrase. It's a security weakness to have to convert my secret phrase into the private key.

This is horrible. I had to restart my app when I forgot my password. I was finally able to get in but my funds were gone. I have submitted several tickets. They close it saying issue resolved. It has not been resolved. It might have not been much but it's still my funds. I just did another ticket and this one was closed as fast as I sent it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. There is not trust in this wallet

High fees for a small transaction! And they use Simplex if you want to buy with a debit card. Simplex are jackasses. When you enter your birthdate, Instead of just typing it, they make you tap through every month all the way back to your birthday (idiocy). Then they ask for your billing address associated with your debit card but will not accept PO Boxes??? Even though it's the billing address! So they can't confirm! Morons!

This app is poorly designed. I tried to swap one crypto for another, not only did it take forever to do, but it never actually went through. Since the crypto decreased in value during the conversion process, when it kicked the original currency back to me, it gave me less than what I started with. Like, substantially less. Shoddy designs overall. Not intuitive.

I sent over $800 in Tfuel (Theta network gas token) to Trust wallet. I was surprised at how quickly they showed up. Now I can not move them anywhere due to an obvious glitch. The transaction shows up in Theta instead of Tfuel on my multi coin wallet, and the price shown on the transaction reflects the equivalent of 1500 THETA tokens ($13,000+). It fails Instantly and never shows up on the blockchain explorer. Attempts to reach them or the community have yielded no results.

Customer Support Sucks! I sent a ticket for a problem I have and all I got was a generic email with a link to read popular answers to resolve issue, THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE I'M HAVING!!! I have since had two additional transactions I now have issues with. I keep getting notifications from trust wallet saying my transactions are sent/received, but they are missing in the actual wallet. Absolutely pissed that I can't get help!

Great tool with a lot of fun stuff but also a lot of problems. MY NFT's don't always load and for the past week or so they're there, but the link to open them on Opensea is inaccessible. Walletconnect doesn't work at all in the browser; anytime you try to connect through walletconnect it just takes you to a google search page. This is a massive pain and needs to be fixed. But if you're just working within the Dapps provided it's a reasonably reliable experience.

Not noob-friendly. Better to just not waste your time and money. You'll pay for this fee, and that fee, and this transaction will cost $2 of some crypto, but then there's a fee for that too... so your $100 will really only buy you $20 worth of crypto. Oh, and you can't get your money back out, because we have to charge fees for that too, and you need to deposit more money to cover those withdrawal fees... WHAT!? Otherwise, the app mostly works okay. I wish I could just do this from a computer.

Well that app was working correctly until the last update. I can't withdraw at all. Either it gets rejected or it gets stuck in pending status for days. I reached out to customer service and stated that was an issue with the withdrawal service and that it will be fixed. I can't imagine how many people who are dependent on crypto are unable to withdraw. I understand mistakes happened but this is unacceptable. At this time, I cannot recommend this app.

I like the wallet for the most part but there are some issues that need to be resolved: 1) Prices often don't reflect the live price of the coins. 2) Must close out the DApp in order to access your wallet (a quick switch tab would be ideal). 3) WalletConnect connection issues. Often just disconnects for no reason. If the devs could solve these problems, this is definitely a 5-star wallet! Please work on these issues!

I have had it for a few years now, and I haven't had issues until lately. Transfers to the wallet started to not show up. I sent a ticket which in itself is very hard to do, because you have to go through their chat bot, there is no guidance on that. I eventually just figured it out. After sending the ticket, they just sent me the same walk through thats on their help page. I don't know if anyone is actually reading the tickets or that's automated as well. In the end, my coins are still missing.

Overall, I've had no problem with this app so far. However I went to log on the other day for the first time in a while and I got to the page where it displays all my coins, and it is completely broken. The prices it's displaying are incorrect along with the overall values of the coins I own, and when I go to click on the coins I have, the app instantly stops working and shuts down. Not sure if this is something scammy or just a bug, I use it on Android and have the latest version of the app. I would really like for a dev to reach out and help me solve this problem, as I do have a decent amount of coins on this app that I was trying to keep there until more exchanges are able to hold some of the coins.

App has a lot of crypto. It's just impossible to buy it. 80% you click on one and it's not available. Really it means the 3rd party you buy it from doesn't have it. Then when they do you go through the process of entering your bank card or credit card and click buy. It immediately says it can't process your request. Turns out almost all credit cars companies won't allow you to purchase crypto. If you use your bank card it immediately trips a fraud alert. Just bad business.

Interesting that TW makes a point of telling you that if you are going to add any features to the app, (SWIFT), you must have the latest version installed. Makes sense, but there's no way to do that from the app and, in this case, Play tells me there was an update yesterday including bug fixes, but is not giving me the option to update the app? If this was a solitaire app, I wouldn't give a rip. But it's my money they're dismissing. Once I know I can move funds, I'll never use TW again.

I had some polkadot staked in this wallet because the interest rate is very good. I never received one payment. after a couple of months of no rewards I unstaked my dot. I waited the 28 days, but I can't get my dot. it is locked up and I can't move it to another platform to stake. this has been ongoing for a couple of weeks at this point. I contacted customer support and they confirmed the problem was on their end. why isn't the update for the fix showing here?
