The app doesn't allow me to update my profile nor make appointments. Why do I need the app?

Your search tool was unable to show me locations that I know exist.

Can't login. Never sends confirmation texts.

This app does not allow to book an appointment without adding a card that prevents it from typing in your address.

Can't sign in. Says wrong password. Then says sent verification code but doesn't.

This app is not useful and a waste if time. It doesnt have over half the locations

needs to be updated to be compatible with android 9. Just stays stuck on loading screen.

Works perfectly. Simple and effective. Plus this is the best place to get a haircut on the planet. 5 stars for Tune Up across the board.

I see the new salon and a huge sign that says, "walk-ins welcome." The place was empty. I go in and asked if I have an appointment, I say "no I just thought I would try you all out and learn more about the business." She then goes, "Yeah, I'm sorry, but we don't have any openings until tomorrow. If you would like to schedule an appointment, we can do that. I look around, but still no customer. I asked if an appointment is required, and she says, "It's preferred." Hands me a flyer and walks away.

been waiting for this! Tune Up is the only place I'll go anymore. App seems to work fine. Pretty bare bones, but it does what it's supposed to.

Love the convenience for scheduling. Wish I could "manage" multiple accounts (kids) and the Kids VIP services were available to select.

Nice folks at all the local Tune-ups, you can get right in if you aren't stopping by on a Friday or after work. It really sucks to get bumped by a VIP after waiting for an hour for an available Barber/beautician. At least you can get a drink while you wait.

The wait times shown on the app are never accurate. Several times it has shown no wait and when I get there it's at least 1/2hr to an hour wait.

Does not work well or at all with Samsung devices. The stores should have a online schedule program to use. App sucks.

app works good. would be 5 stars in all the locations where on there. I know its privately franchised stores. just annoying I have to call the one by my house instead of just using the app

All locations should at the very least be listed in the app. No idea why 2 locations near me don't show but makes booking more of a hassle.

There is no planning ahead. You can't make an appointment on a calendar for the next day week or month . You can only make an appointment an appointment for now with in about an hour. When I am at work in the morning and try to make an appointment for after work I can't. I can only book for now, anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. Also not all the stylist are there to choose from.

Just hangs at starting splash screen. Doesn't work on Samsung Note 8, Android 9, kernel 4.4.153. Perhaps it is busy uploading files from phone given it ask for permission to file system (why) in addition to the understandable calendar and location.

App is garbage, they did a recent update and now the app doesn't work at all, can't locate my "favored" location anymore, the map search is broken... The only reason to have the app is for scheduling and I can't even do that, uninstalled!

can't schedule an appointment until store actually opens. Lucky if your stylest is actually listed. 2 stars just for the attempt. do many better appointment setting apps and software out there (I actually sell it) to choose from. I feel like they do it jyst to say they have one and that ownership really doesn't care.
