The app doesn't allow me to update my profile nor make appointments. Why do I need the app?

Your search tool was unable to show me locations that I know exist.

Can't login. Never sends confirmation texts.

This app does not allow to book an appointment without adding a card that prevents it from typing in your address.

Can't sign in. Says wrong password. Then says sent verification code but doesn't.

This app is not useful and a waste if time. It doesnt have over half the locations

needs to be updated to be compatible with android 9. Just stays stuck on loading screen.

Works perfectly. Simple and effective. Plus this is the best place to get a haircut on the planet. 5 stars for Tune Up across the board.

I see the new salon and a huge sign that says, "walk-ins welcome." The place was empty. I go in and asked if I have an appointment, I say "no I just thought I would try you all out and learn more about the business." She then goes, "Yeah, I'm sorry, but we don't have any openings until tomorrow. If you would like to schedule an appointment, we can do that. I look around, but still no customer. I asked if an appointment is required, and she says, "It's preferred." Hands me a flyer and walks away.

been waiting for this! Tune Up is the only place I'll go anymore. App seems to work fine. Pretty bare bones, but it does what it's supposed to.
