I don't send a lot of faxes so a subscription based service was more than I need but the pay as you go model is exactly what I was looking for! The pricing is comparable with what I would pay to send from a local copy shop but I can do it from literally anywhere. I called to verify that my fax went through and it was received with no problem. Highly recommend!
I just downloaded this app and I agree with the others, extremely easy to use. The first page was/is indeed free. Nice to know that for those of us w/o land lines, we have an option and can now use an app to fax our important items via our phones. Thank you TurboFax! Keep up the good work.
Really needed to send a fax ASAP, it being labor day weekend and everyone is closed. Looked at I don't remember how many fax apps reading the reviews. Most had a subscription or had really bad reviews outweighing the good reviews. Sent a cover page and a additional main page for a buck forty nine and didn't have to leave the house. It cost me way more than that Saturday trying to find something open. It's been a while since I've had to fax anything but recall paying more than the Buck Forty Nine
So far Bad experience. No instructions to avoid errors. No way to stop fax for correction once started. Picture quality is terrible. I'm being charged for the cover page when its supposed to be free. I thought this was a win after hours of comparing apps but alas, not the case Calling my bank for stop payment because I purchased a number thinking I found a great app. :(
Very slow and when a fax fails to be sent the list will have duplicates of that failed fax on the history. This becomes an issue when you are sending multiple faxes. I had to look at each duplicate to make sure I'm not faxing those pages more than once and I only started to look at those pages after finding out I sent the same fax 3 times using up my pages. I was forced to buy more pages to complete the 24 page fax. I finally finished the massive fax and it took 5 hours to complete. Uninstalling
My experience with the app has been great! Been using it since 2018.. maybe even before. There free faxes to a certain amount. Then you can pay for pages in different amount. Payment is easy - one click authorization. I like that it's easy to resend when faxes are busy. You can store previous faxes in app, or clear the history. There is an option for a cover letter as well. Great user friendly app!
The free fax page offered failed to go through. I ended up buying the 2 pages and sent a single page. Went to send another and realized that I have no credits. The app failed to send my free fax page and then charged me twice to send 1 page. So in total I was charges 3 credits to send 1 page. There are plenty of other fax apps. I sent an email to support, let's see how they respond. It not just the $2 they charged, I didnt get what I paid for. Thousands of others will be forced to keep buying credits that they are unable to use.
This app is a fax tool that isn't consistent with outcomes. Things that I imported and faxed weren't clear at all to the recipient, and there's no way to not pay for any reason. The uploaded pictures that I took went through fine. 4/8/24- Not one fax that I sent went through clearly. ( completely unreadable!)
Sent an 8 page fax, yes you have to purchase pages (after the first free page) and I am glad to so I can support the app developers. It saved me a car trip to a kinkos or ups store. The pages are made to look very professional and the app was great to use. I definitely will use it again. A heads up is I paid a package of 15 pages for 6.95 to send 8 pages. I don't mind at all. The pages took about 6 to 7 minutes to send but the receiver got them in good shape/clarity. Thank you for this app!
I buy a couple of pages to fax its only a few cents per page, I open turbo scan, I take 3 pics of the document, I hit the radio button to send by fax, I prepare cover page, I hit send, I'm done. lts not encrypted so I don't just send any old thing,but the vast majority of my sends are just reports. It's great if on the road, and turbo scan 3 x scans are as clear as a scan gets. A bit slower then you might hope, my 5 bars = 16 Gig LTE, but the receiving fax machine may be slow as they come!
