Description
Been using TV Cast for Chromecast for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you cast your phone’s screen to any smart TV, like Chromecast, Roku, Fire TV, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: You just connect the app to your TV and then you can cast photos, videos, games, and other stuff from your phone. And there’s also a built-in browser so you can cast web pages. And the video streaming works pretty well – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into casting your phone to the big screen, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on TV Cast for Chromecast. I've tested a bunch of screen casting apps and this one's one of the better ones. The setup is super easy and it's reliable once you get it working. Casting photos and videos looks great on the big screen. The browser is a nice bonus too. Only real downside is the ads, but that's expected for a free app. Overall, it's a pretty solid option if you're looking to cast your phone.
