Not intuitive or easy to use. Every time I want to cast something from my phone I have to re-learn it. There was a YouTube live stream occurring at a particular time so I thought I'd prep ahead, was still figuring out how to paste the URL link after the stream had started. I opted for laptop and HDMI cable instead. How difficult can it be to make it easier to use?

Worst app ever. Demanding refund. After scanning the QR code from the LG tv, I was taken to the app download. I read the reviews saying the app was useless, but decided to go ahead thinking I was tech savvy enough to work it out. Between the TV and the app, both wouldn't sync and the app provided nothing at all to step through the guide. Shameless cash grab by LG, where the developer has no idea how integration process flow should work. Will not buy LG products again.

absolute stitch up , you people should be ashamed of yourselves ...$10 for the app shell and every function costs extra money

refund please. it says you can cast to tv with this app and it doesn't let you. try to make you pay for a different app says its an add on

Total money waste. I bought this app for tv cast but not working properly. I have LG LR600 brand new tv. When i start casting it's work 5-10minite and throw it out of app

Very disappointed with this app! Downloaded to cast my phone to my LG TV! As it says in the description. The app actually doesn't do anything, says if you wanna mirror you have to pay another £3.99!!!!! But surely that is what the app is in the first place!! Please can you add mirror casting or I want my £3.99 back please! Very annoyed and disappointed!!!!

does not connect with my android samsung phone. I've troublrshoot the whole day and watched all videos. IP address are matching but still cannot connect.

Honestly, an absolutely terrible app. Says it will cast/mirror in the title, but that action requires a second, paid download. Easy enough to set up, but no matter which setting I choose, it's very slow, pixelated, and barely works at all. I deleted it because I can't even watch the image it's casting the quality is so bad.

It sucks and won't work unless you can insert a sim card in a stand alone router

deceptive and low quality are you going to open it up and immediately have to pay for it if you choose to pay for it afterwards they immediately asked you to rate it before you use it. then you are rerouted to a secondary app which you also have to pay for to use it. while you're using the second app it looks like a cell phone on the screen so you lose 70% of your screen and the resolution is low.

why is it impossible for me to watch a video on a Web after mirroring my phone to the TV its just goes blank totally and then again can I cast a live stream in the inbuilt Web browser on the app

The app describes itself as a screen mirroring app but I paid $7 for the pro app and it wants another $4 to use the mirror feature. It is a rip off. You can get the "pro" app features for free with similar apps

this is a waste of money. I paid 6.99 for nothing. I want a full refund ASAP! doesn't even work. it takes you to another app that you have to pay for. SCAM!!!

Total scam. Once you download it, and you want to have your screen mirror your device, hit "cast" button, send you to Play Store to purchase a separate app to cast. This app only a menu to control each of the other apps. For any feature of this program, you need to purchase another app. Not just waste of money, it's theft. Reporting this company. it's like if you download Amazon, but need to purchase another app to add to cart, another to buy, another to ship. SCAM!

BEWARE!!! Total junk!!! Waste of $4.99 !!!! Does not allow you to play what is on the phone screen unless the website has a specific coded video link. This does NOT work line Chromecast. They make it sound like you can stream anything that you view on your phone from within the app on the TV but you can't. It only offers some of the items shown. Pure waste of time and money.

First off, fraudulent app. They say there's no ads but to actually cast your screen from your phone you have to pay more money for another app. This app won't play videos from your phone unless they're a specific file type either. Basically I just threw money down a hole. I'm really hoping LG isn't behind this app but considering it's actual in their TV I'm pretty sure they're linked somehow. Buyer beware!

First thing it does is direct you to buy an additional app to share screen. (Which is what I bought this app for.) Edit: Funny response from the developers. I didn't ask that the app be free. Just thought it strange that after installing a free app, which did nothing, the only thing I could do was upgrade to a paid app. Plus, the paid app didn't work with my LG TV. Don't mind paying for useful things.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Get a Roku or an HDMI cable and attach your laptop to your tv. If you think this app is a solution to whatever you are trying to stream on your tv you will be out $5 (price at time of purchase) and your time. I've spent hours trying to get it to work and it won't properly stream from my phone. After purchasing the app tries to get you to purchase ADDITIONAL features to actually work. Absolute trash and embarrassing that this hasn't been removed from the app store.

This app used to be the best purchase I've ever made about a year ago. Use it almost everyday and rarely ever had any problems with it. With the recent update to the app, every video link I try suddenly receives a "connection error" after a few minutes of the video playing. I have reset my router every time and nothing changes. This only began happening after the recent update on the LG cast app. I even bought the pro LG version (Purchased the Samsung one on accident before, worked still).
