good app didn't realize the cost was that high though email to cancel it need directions I thought it was 3.99 one time flat rate but that is the weekly price

kind of sucks as it disconnects from devices when sitting for even five minutes. then has trouble connecting to the same device it was connected just seconds after it disconnected.

horrible. infested with ads, anti-user design. one of the worst apps ever.

this app sucks, unable to use buttons on remote more than twice and a new add pops up.

this remote constantly skips areas, ex.. you try to go to the movie section and it skips to the podcast section, you try to go to the section to modify the remote and it skips back and forth from settings to about in the wifi section, very hesitant about subscribing to this app...need to be fixed

For literally 15 minutes of constant ADS only to find out.I had to pay for this service.You are disgrace and your company should be publicly disgraced as so.

having to pay to use Roku remote when you can't find your own and then you make everything so difficult why isn't so many apps and pictures for Roku remote when it's only one Roku remote then go to the TV it doesn't make any sense and especially when you have to pay just to use the app on your own phone for a remote for your TV that's why I'm writing this as a one no-go

0 stars. You dont need wifi to connect. an you dont need to pay for a subscription to make it work. Rather buy a remote. Y'all are scammers. not to mention the pop up ads. garbage

this is a dumb app, everyone says stuff about the app its self but there isn't even a choice to use the app without paying, it says "use all features with premium" but there isn't any features without it, give people choices and stop being so money hungry you vultures.

I've had Roku TV Remote for a while now, this is my first time having it on this phone. But I have had Roku TV Remote on other phones, and I loved it. That is why I decided to order the life time remote. That way if I lose my other Remote I would have my phone to be able to use.

What a dishonest company. Read the reviews, many people are signing for a free trial only to be unable to cancel and are charged a recurring fee...for a remote app! Check out the official app by Roku where they are listed as the developer (there are no fees)! Google should be removing this app developer.

To unsubscribe go to " search in your settings. Type subscription and payments. choose the email address that you subscribed with. scroll down and click on the Roku app subscription and then click Cancel. Worked for me. Hope this helps.😎👍🏼🌎☮️

junk. remote forces you to sign up, so. many.ads. and it sucks. the remote moves two spaces with every click, regardless of how you attempt to go 1 click.

run, run as fast as you can away from this app!!!!!!!!!!!it is impossible to use with the constant ads, and it refuses to work the majority of the time unless you sign up for a 3-day free trial. after this experience, I will not ever purchase a Roku product. just needed a simple remote to make selections on my TV and control the volume. go to your local dollar store and purchase a $10 universal remote and save yourself from a mountain of frustration and headache. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't work. Can't find where to cancel my subscription either. They make sure you give your card details at the very beginning.

just a scam for people who download this instead of official Roku app. the sheer number of ads and it cost money. alarms went off immediately and I got the real app that's free

Why should I have to pay for an app that should be free! For my Vizio TV, the app is free but Roku wants to charge just to use the remote off your phone! STUPID

What is the point of turning your phone into a roku remote, if you can't use it to connect your roku TV to the internet, when you don't have a regular roku remote? THAT'S BS.

To start with this app is pointless, there is a roku app with a built in remote feature. Payments in a remote app is rediculous. Ads are also rediculous. Best suggestion for everyone is to download the "Roku" app. It is free, adless, you can continue shows from where you left off, etc.
