Been playing Twilight Pro Unlock for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps reduce the blue light from your phone or tablet before bedtime. Apparently this blue light can mess with your sleep cycle, so Twilight kinda filters it out.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of settings to customize the screen tint and brightness. You can schedule it to automatically kick in at certain times. There’s also a cool feature that’ll dim the screen the later it gets. And the overlay is pretty subtle – doesn’t feel like it’s just taking over your whole screen.
Look, if you’ve been having trouble sleeping or your kids are wound up at bedtime, you’ll probably get some use out of this. It’s not perfect – the free version has ads that can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
