Functional but bloated with popups and ads begging users to use additional USB services or open new lines. If I wanted to explore your CD rates, I'm perfectly capable of figuring out how on my own. I resent having to clear out a bunch of odious popups every single time I want to check my balance or make a transfer.

This app does not work with the VPN service that I use. I am able to log in fine on a browser (both mobile and on a pc), but the app won't let me look at my accounts or even log in at this point if I'm on a VPN. App works great if you can get in, though. I just wish it would work with my VPN. This review is so low solely because there is no other way to bring this to their attention, as their customer service for help and feedback is either automated or has you call a number that doesn't help.

Attempted to order a currency exchange via the app for a upcoming trip. For 2 days I got "Oops something is wrong on our end. Try later or call 1-800....". Low and behold calling I am told they have no way to help and to call to put the request in at a local branch. Several hours later and I have yet to get anyone to answer when calling multiple branches with no way to leave a message. I am reconsidering my entire banking arrangement despite having this account since 1996.

SPECTACULARLY BAD for a banking app! I just opened an account and downloaded this app. Seemingly many "bugs"! It says 2FA isn't ON and phone number is missing (even though it just used both), but trying to add phone number says it already exists; some alert settings do not even show phone or push options; alerts mention "default amounts", but they cannot be changed … and I've only begun to use the app! Really scary!

it does allow me to do basic banking activities, but lots of ads and suggestions for additional banking services. lots of clicks to get down to desired activity. and very slow to report transactions. If I make a transfer between accounts, that is reflected right away, but it can take 12 hours or more for me to get a text message that money has left an account. it takes 4 days for my ACH rent payment to be recorded.

FIRST REVIEW(4 Stars)...THIS REVIEW(3): Checking and Saving account (Great), until you open a credit card with 2% cashback on everything (Are points, not $$$ then you choose to redeem) but is a headache. I choose, then I have to choose again, and it is like a loop. Then the payments to the credit card don't update; they took the money for my checking account, but it doesn't update the available credit, even shows as completed, but not available. The credit cards are bad, but checking is great!!!

Design wise it's intuitive but they wait the perfect amount of time to post advertisements for their other products so you accidentally click on the ads rather than where you actually want to go. Additionally, they don't follow the android scheme for notification categories, so you either have to mute all notifications or get advertising notifications at 4:30 AM.

Every check deposit photo is 'too bright' and the app won't take the photo. I must wait through its camera timeout then manually take the photo, then repeat the process for the back. When depositing several checks this time adds up quickly. Other than that it works fine. Pixel 8A, up to date and other banking apps work fine.

I used to Bank with regions and all the way until the end , they were always rude to me. U s bank , I have lived in four different states and the three that I have seen , they have always been kind to me. The app works really well and you can talk to a representative on the phone, and they can actually move a little mouse pointer on your phone from their side of the computer to show you what's going on.And it's really cool.

App was fine until recent update. They added an "AI assistant" that is a huge security risk. The layout of the account transactions is now cluttered with unwanted "features" that can't be turned off or moved and it's harder to find basic information that was already easily accessible. This is not a consumer forward update. Edit: after looking at other reviews I have noticed a large amount of bot accounts saying this app is easy to use. Very shady USBank. How disappointing.
