review edit: im still keeping the one star. after an update today I was finally able to connect my bank account but the system determined I don't do enough gig work which is impossible because I work 3 different apps. so in other words this app is pretty useless and I'll be deleting my information off this app original review: the app is broken. won't connect bank. don't bother with it! would give 0 stars if I could

Wish they would work with you if you have regular income. I can't get approved anywhere and I dont kno where else to turn!

I don't know this thing doesn't work at all it keeps telling me I'm not authorized or unsupported Bank. worst part about it is it waits until I'm done and putting all my information from the bank plus my ID and then it tells me unsupported bank or I'm not authorized. it's kind of ridiculous wasted a lot of my time right now over an hour actually.

At first it was 5 stars, that was at the hopes of this app actually working. 2 stars now since well.. it's not working, I've been stuck on the identity verification and can't seem to move forward. I've got all the information it wants or could ask for but no place to put it. Disappointed for sure.

Great assistance! We had communication issues but ( phone issue lol) over each time I called all three CSRs were very helpful.

This app gave me a chance when no one else would. I was really in a bind and they came through. I was approved for $700. I applied a little late in the evening on Friday, so had to wait until Monday to get the funds. Keep the timing in mind when you apply. Anyway, I don't mind the repayment amount. That's just about what some other companies might charge me for such a large loan. I appreciate this app/company, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a little assistance.

I have been beating my brains out trying to create an account on this app, but when I get to the "How'd You Hear About Us" section...the app stops, saying-"Internal Server Error". I uninstalled & re-installed. Still, same thing happens. So, I decided to try again using a different phone/device, still the same thing keeps happening. So, then I factory reset my device, re-downloaded UALETT again...and it did it again. I really, really need to use this app, for my small business...#HELPME🙏

I uploaded this app and opened an account several days ago, and they're still trying to verify my information? This is BS! It should not take this long to verify the information you provided them.

I've put in all of my credentials three times now, and there's still trouble verifying me! Edit: finally got in now its saying my banks not supported! Really beginning to think this is a scam!

I don't have enough stress right now- I thought it impossible to add to it but this App right here..thank you. yall have raised my BP by almost 40 points. why don't you fix the bug on the 2nd page? email and pw...not brain surgery even I could code it. proving once again they'll say anything to make money off the working people. wow! this app is actually super amazing, especially if your credit isn't great and you need a small loan also. it is very flexible because the payments are every month and you could even do a payment plan which makes it easy and simple. also it is automated so they will take out the money from your account on the due date. 100% happy with this app

I originally gave this 5 stars but after my recent experience I'm only giving 1. Ive had 3 advances with this company. I have always been on time with my payments! My last payment was delayed due to issues on their end not my bank! When it was finally paid I went to take out another advance only to be denied and told my account was suspended. Customer support was useless and told me they could not give me any information just that it was suspended. No reason for it and no explanation!

honestly, I'd give zero stars if I could. It said I wasn't eligible for an advance. so I connected with live chat. The agent (bryan) was very short with me and cut me off. Very rude. Super disappointed because I thought this app would be helpful but it turns out its garbage.

This app is not secure, they state that they are for gig workers, but don't connect with the banks gig workers use, they're are links within the app that are broken and go to word press. Even the link to the website from the app store is broken. They don't have a website for assistance?!?

when opening the app and inputting information, there's a page about employment. You must chose one of the jobs they put in front of you. I was given three choices neither of which related to my life nor my employment. I picked the most ambiguous hoping that there would be a chance to clarify later, there was not. I was denied service based on the fact that I was not doing the job I picked, they were absolutely right. I was not given the opportunity to be truthful about my employment, weird.

going neutral for now..... had to go into chat and talk with them about my bank not being supported... they made it so it could be added....however there is much that could be changed with the chat. the send arrow and the close arrow are too close together. and I couldn't get back to my current chat after trying to add my bank when asked. unless it's hiding and I just didn't see it.

There is no way in hell that the system should take 4 days to clear a payment!!! The payment was taken out on 12/21, my bank cleared it on 12/22, then they act like they can't close my damn account, and I don't see anywhere on this app to close it, in fact, everything I click on says page not found. If I could give negative stars I would!

I was skeptical st first, but it worked. Was approved for 550 and received it today. For reference, my credit isn't the greatest and majority of the cash advance apps out there only give me like 20-30 dollars if I'm lucky. To get 550 was a godsend and will help us this month when we needed it most. So, 5 stars so far. We'll see how the repayment goes...ill come back and update if any issues arise on the back end. But, worked as advertised. No problems!

kinda frustrated because where you go to link your bank account half of the information is cut off. At the very bottom it's says "Remember we don't take" and that's all I can see. you can't click on anything to make it appear, etc. I guess my bank isn't supported also, so it was basically useless to install this and give any information, because they don't accept my bank. 🙄

Requires you to take a selfie part of the verification. When you do that it doesn't do anything at all. It doesn't automatically take it nor does it have a section of where you could press to take the picture yourself like you could do when you had to take a picture of your ID front and back. Just think that's a very weird and flawed design. I attempted to get help through the chat section and I was called on my phone. both times they had me do the same exact thing all over again. No results.
