review edit: im still keeping the one star. after an update today I was finally able to connect my bank account but the system determined I don't do enough gig work which is impossible because I work 3 different apps. so in other words this app is pretty useless and I'll be deleting my information off this app original review: the app is broken. won't connect bank. don't bother with it! would give 0 stars if I could

I don't know this thing doesn't work at all it keeps telling me I'm not authorized or unsupported Bank. worst part about it is it waits until I'm done and putting all my information from the bank plus my ID and then it tells me unsupported bank or I'm not authorized. it's kind of ridiculous wasted a lot of my time right now over an hour actually.

At first it was 5 stars, that was at the hopes of this app actually working. 2 stars now since well.. it's not working, I've been stuck on the identity verification and can't seem to move forward. I've got all the information it wants or could ask for but no place to put it. Disappointed for sure.

This app gave me a chance when no one else would. I was really in a bind and they came through. I was approved for $700. I applied a little late in the evening on Friday, so had to wait until Monday to get the funds. Keep the timing in mind when you apply. Anyway, I don't mind the repayment amount. That's just about what some other companies might charge me for such a large loan. I appreciate this app/company, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a little assistance.

I have been beating my brains out trying to create an account on this app, but when I get to the "How'd You Hear About Us" section...the app stops, saying-"Internal Server Error". I uninstalled & re-installed. Still, same thing happens. So, I decided to try again using a different phone/device, still the same thing keeps happening. So, then I factory reset my device, re-downloaded UALETT again...and it did it again. I really, really need to use this app, for my small business...#HELPME🙏
