I uploaded this app and opened an account several days ago, and they’re still trying to verify my information? This is BS! It should not take this long to verify the information you provided them.

honestly, I’d give zero stars if I could. It said I wasn’t eligible for an advance. so I connected with live chat. The agent (bryan) was very short with me and cut me off. Very rude. Super disappointed because I thought this app would be helpful but it turns out its garbage.

This app is not secure, they state that they are for gig workers, but don’t connect with the banks gig workers use, they’re are links within the app that are broken and go to word press. Even the link to the website from the app store is broken. They don’t have a website for assistance?!?
