I installed but could never get past a blank screen. it was like downloading a blank app, you could push all the buttons and options but it just led you from blank screen to blank screen. When I tried ed to get support and troubleshoot it was the normal maze of options just to try and get assistance. i gave up and uninstalled, which sucks cause there were many courses i was interested in taking! fix those bugs! otherwise I have nothing to say, cause there was nothing to see.

Sucks!!! After I switched phones I can't log in anymore. Attempted to reset the password but the password reset email never delivers. Checked spam folder and all email addresses, especially the one that has receipts for courses I paid for and can't access. Worst part is there is no one I can talk to to resolve the issue. I've searched all over and none of their resolutions or FAQs solve the problem. I got the same generic response everyone gets. Still no solution. Wish I could give 0 stars ☹️

App has an unidentified character limit for the password. Was able to sign in on PC and on web on my mobile device using a password manager generated password that was 128 characters long. The mobile app however would not accept that password until it was shortened. I did not go through the process of figuring out how many characters but it worked once I hit 14. Other than that app is great. More than willing to change my review of this is fixed.

The courses are good, but the app crashes to the point of being completely unusable if you try to download too many (large?) course videos. I have tried this on more than one flagship phone of different brands. The crash happens regardless of the quality of your phone. I have purchased several courses, but I probably won't purchase anything more until this issue is fixed. I like having my courses local for times when I don't have service. This bug defeats the purpose of the app for me.

I used to love this app, and I've spent quite a bit of money on courses. I've spent 3 days troubleshooting my account - cannot access it at all. I used Google login, and everytime I try to login via browser or app it doesn't even attempt to load it just reloads the page as if I never did anything. I've tried their customer service page, nothing has worked. SO disappointed in the lost money spent on courses I can't access.

WARNING : I found a course on sale (listed as on sale for another 5 hours) ,added to my cart, and the price increased when added to cart, so I removed it from my cart ,looked up the course again, and it listed the lower price. I again added to my cart, and the price increased. DO NOT USE THE BUY NOW OPTION !!!!!! you may very well get ripped off if you're not checking!!!

Don't do a subscription unless you are absolutely certain of the price. Udemy has zero customer support(check their web page) and they are sly about how much they charge you. I went to purchase a month to month subscription and instead was charged for a full year. Further more, they do not at all inform you that they do not, and will not refund you for a subscription. Only individual courses. I have recommended udemy on a number of occasions, but with the way they do business I cannot recommend

Do not expect this to work. I don't post many reviews. I don't like to waste my time, but for this, I will make time. The app crashes frequently. Sometimes every few minutes and randomly for no reason. Content I own frequently doesn't populate. Downloaded content still needs a network connection to work. I thought I would be able to access downloaded content when I have NO internet connection. Not the case. I can't access the content I paid for without the app. This service is not great.

The app has a flaw, which is that if you pause a course, or if you leave the app temporarily and come back, it starts on the NEXT lesson instead of continuing with the one you are on. I'd love for the team to fix this, and if so I'm happy to update to 5 stars. Finding courses and buying them and going through them has gone well so far. Love all the great content available for purchase at reasonable rates.

I am new to Udemy and cannot log into the course (Excel basic) on my laptop. The app sometimes works...and I can see the classes, at times, that are offered, and that I paid for. Unfortunately most of the time, I am unable to see or get into the classes. Have no idea what's happening. Very frustrating. So many weeks have passed and I can't get traction. Totally waste of time and my money!

The app is a bit slow and the sales are completely fake and for marketing only. That said, there are some good courses on here that really should cost more than they do. I've been using it to learn game development and I've made some great progress thanks to the courses I've found on here. Most are around just $15 (and that's the normal price, regardless of whether it says it's on sale). Definitely worth checking out if there's something you want to learn.

Used to be one of my favorite learning apps. Ever since the new update or maybe it's the introduction to the monthly plans, I can only view 1 or 2 courses in every category, and there's no longer a way to filter the courses when browsing. Huge downgrade. Barely usable. Maybe it's better on the website, I'll have to look.

I hate to give it such a low rating because the content is really good and it's very easy to stream videos. However, they *REALLY* need to work on this app. My biggest complaint is that progress doesn't sync with the app while streaming and if you unlock your mobile device while casting, the player will jump back to whatever video you selected last in the app. *Edit - I have to take this down to one star. It randomly skips videos when casting. I'm uninstalling and casting the web.

This app never sends me a code. Activate the ability for us to use our passwords to log into our accounts or this app is useless. I'm here again, 1 day after I couldn't sign in...what do you know, finally a code was sent. Hopefully this problem is solved. If not, just add the "password" option. I will add more stars if the app is consistent.

They advertise a refund policy, but it doesn't apply to subscriptions. They continue to charge your account, making canceling through the app impossible. This situation often results in hundreds of dollars in charges for a non-refundable subscription. They lack a reputable standing. Be cautious about trusting their classes due to their questionable policies. Their lack of ethics suggests that you might be learning from the wrong company.

Just like james that just posted on 6/22. I too am not able to log in from my app on my phone. I keep on pressing. my log in? After I enter my email address. Waiting for either it to give me a prompt too. Put a passcode in or my password. It seems to go back-and-forth between the 2 on my app. Usually I stay logged in on my app. But since I was having issues on my browser where my boys were not able to view a couple of videos that I purchased 4 them 4 1 course who should I contact about this ?

I keep having a common issue with Udemy. The App can be useful indeed, IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED HALF THE TIME. Consistently I've had the issue where videos simply won't play no matter what I do. Restarted the device, clear cache, switch devices, change internet connections, restart, restart, restart app. And it STILL won't work. Right now I'm still looking at a spinning circle and its very frustrating. This is why technology sucks and it's time to go back to the old fashion books...

so many of us are having issues with password less rubbish not sending code, and still they are forcing us to use it. now so many of us are unable to access our accounts and use the various training courses we have purchased. over 5 months now and I still can't get a code sent to my email. Give back the password and username option or grant multiple sign in options and get rid of that code trash. It's ruining the Udemy reputation greatly!!!

The app hasn't worked for over a year. I'm a long-time Udemy user, and LOVE the service but the app has been crashing for the better part of a year. I'm forced to watch my courses on a computer, because the mobile app crashes after about a minute. It's been this way for way too long with no sign of improvement If you want lessons on the go, don't waste your time

The courses that I've taken have been well done, interesting, and thought provoking. Each instructor have presented their course expertly, I've found them to be engaging knowledgeable, and well presented. I'm thrilled to have found this app to help me develop my skills to a higher level, as well as question where I want to take the class info. Do I want to dive deeper into the subject, or was the course enough info to help me navigate within the topic I'm studying. Well done Udemy
