Excellent app, user friendly, convenient allowing you to pre register for appointments, shows all of your appointments in one place, calendar reminder, view all of your lab, diagnostic and radiologic studies, schedule directly from the app, view and pay bills, and more, it makes managing your healthcare c9nvenient and easy.

The app is great at finding results, verifying appts, sending a message, etc. But, there way too many messages initiated that are meaningless. An example is “New message from your provider”. There is no message, just an appt that I scheduled. I think UH needs to chill it with the messages.

The app works very well, but do bother using the check-in feature. After spending way to much time filling everything out, you will still need to go check-in at the front desk. The wonderful front desk staff will ask you all the same questions and a much quicker than doing it on the app. I […]

Very frustrating app!! Most of the time it won’t let me log in from any of my devices.There no way get back to a message that your leaving your Dr. If you make an error . Not all of my future appointments are listed! It’s a total pain in the a**.

I love being able to make appointments on the app! I also love being able to read the results of my lab work and diagnostic tests. Being a retired RN, I appreciate having the technical language included also. The appointment reminders are very helpful, and the app is easy to navigate around.

the app stopped loading anything.. it won’t give past appointments, I can’t retrieve test results.. it just keeps saying there is an error please try again later… very inconvenient and yes I went through at the trouble shooting topics I was liking the app until now

Overall, difficult to use. needs to be better thought out. Trying to follow prescription orders and refill dates is a pain.
