Reviews for UH MyChart

Excellent app, user friendly, convenient allowing you to pre register for appointments, shows all of your appointments in one place, calendar reminder, view all of your lab, diagnostic and radiologic studies, schedule directly from the app, view and pay bills, and more, it makes managing your healthcare c9nvenient and easy.

The app is great at finding results, verifying appts, sending a message, etc. But, there way too many messages initiated that are meaningless. An example is "New message from your provider". There is no message, just an appt that I scheduled. I think UH needs to chill it with the messages.

The app works very well, but do bother using the check-in feature. After spending way to much time filling everything out, you will still need to go check-in at the front desk. The wonderful front desk staff will ask you all the same questions and a much quicker than doing it on the app. I like technology but it feels kind of wasteful if you're just going to ask me the same things twice

The bare basics from your chart. Follow my Health was more in depth and more intuitive! But it seems the patient doesn't get to choose. 😕 This is what UH decided to change to. Hopefully, in time it will develop to offer the depth of information that the patient wishes to explore! I also use my lab & imaging reports to share with other physicians. Having to get used to a new system when the former worked perfectly fine makes you wonder?🤔 I would say it's Okay with room for improvements!

Very frustrating app!! Most of the time it won't let me log in from any of my devices. There no way get back to a message that your leaving your Dr. If you make an error . Not all of my future appointments are listed! It's a total pain in the a**.

It's nice to see my Lab results. But other than that it's a big dinosaur. What's the point of messaging your doctor if they won't respond? Doctors orders test and referrals to see other doctors, you do those appointments but it never moves from your to do list. It's almost impossible to use most of the info because it's full of out dated junk.

Finally, a medical chart application I can use! The new UH MyChart app provides an excellent reference to my medical history. Messaging my doctor and the team allows me to get quick feedback without making phone calls to a busy office. Referencing my test results, prescriptions, and appointments with my doctor, other specialists, and lab appointments is just a click away. I can not say enough good things about this app, but I will say I use it regularly. Great job, University Hospitals

Helpful to keep track of all appointments and test results. My onl gripe is most of the time doctors use speak to text to fill out information and we were petrified when the audio was misrepresented and seemed as though my child had a rupture in her brain. After talking with the doctor they explained it was a misread and happens often. Not cool to scare us like that...

This is one of the worst medical apps that I have used. It's almost like they just took some random bits from other apps and Frankensteined them together into a problematic abomination. Nothing works smoothly. When I view a message it stays marked as unread. I verified my email 8 times, I'm still unverified. It's all just a bad idea. I wish they would go back to the old app.

Almost there. During external or hospital stays, care providers offer their input, but sadly, it may not be accurate. These resources are NOT added to your "Care Providers" page nor can you search for those providers to added from your portal. That's where the corrections can be identified. If this is corrected at a later date, I will update to 5 🌟
