Wages are never consistently on time and their customer service aren't of any real help. They use to be good when they manually added your accessible wages whenever it was late the day after you worked. So you can't count on your wages being available to withdrawal. So app is pretty much pointless.

Just okay. Works when it wants to. The whole UKG system can be described like the underpaid staff who use it. Sure, it might work well in the admin side, but for the actual worker...well, we're used to getting the short end of the stick. This particular app works as well as the minimum wage employee who produced it. It's cool when it wants to do its job, but don't expect it to go above and beyond its pay grade.
Honestly not sure how this is a 4 star rating. It's trash, pretty sure every positive review on it is a bot or a bought review beings I just don't have the same experiance. The fees are higher than what most the 'people' who have left a positive review (fee depends on how much you withdraw, when I took around $15 is had an almost $4 fee, even had a few fees that were in the $6 and $8 range when I withdrew around $40) and half the time I can't even log into it. Don't use it if you can help it.
I have had UKG Wallet for a little over a year now and here recently there has been many issues with the app. It's been "down" for me and all my coworkers at work for the past several days but that's not my issue. My issue is, it'll load my money from my shifts on there for a couple of days/shifts and then outta the blue, it'll just stop loading my money on there all together; whether it's close to pay day or not. This doesn't happen all the time but this app has become more of a hassle now
Terrible app. It's great at showing me some of my next paycheck but it is terrible at connecting to my bank account and my debit card. The customer support was not helpful because they kept telling me that someone had the same card number as me even though my bank told me that wasn't possible. I would have liked to see some funds early but with this app I'd rather just wait until payday and be broke.
Has to be the App with the most bugs to it I've ever had the misfortune to put on my phone. Examples: I enter in my Bank account. It takes it and recognizes it. Can't access funds and puts you in a loop of checking your account or adding it. My debit card shows as my default card. Just used it to verify it works and it tells me on this App to make sure my card is unlocked. Uninstalling and warning people now, don't waste your time and frustration.
Ok, I love and hate this app right now . I'll explain: I have no issues accessing my available amount and am able to send it to my cash card (not a ukg card) for instant availability . However , I applied for a UKG card and have since had nothing but issues with this app. It loaded my accessible $ to my virtual card which I can't use, cannot flip card over to see whole number, can't pay anything with virtual card . There is already a support ticket open on this. They have not yet fixed issue.
This app never updates. My money is always delayed, and no one seems to be able to do anything about it! The only thing their representatives can do is put in an escalation request to which no one ever follows up with you. I am again receiving a message stating my balance was not settled even though i have a check stub showing the deduction, but that isn't good enough for this to be fixed without it being escalated.
If you going to offer a earned wages application. Then you have to be consistent with updating and reporting. My company switched from Dailypay to UKG wallet and I have noticed that UKG Wallet has been reliable when it wants to be and unreliable when you don't want it to be when it comes to updating and accessing wages and hours worked. I noticed this happeneds at the end of pay periods. This lack consistency makes this application almost unusable.
The application is experiencing intermittent login issues. Despite multiple attempts to log in with the correct credentials, including resetting my password, I continue to receive an error message stating that the information entered is incorrect. I have verified that the information is accurate and am unable to proceed beyond this point.
Works when it wants to work. System is regularly down and since the middle of December someti I can take money out and many many times I have no been able to. Very disheartening. To add fuel to the fire,I tried to get the UKG wallet card which I didn't want to anyways just to be able to get my money and the simple application said it couldn't verify my information. Funny ....same information linked to the app through my job so that's pretty silly but I wont be wasting my time any longer.
It's terrible so far. Customer service doesn't know much of anything about there company, they are trained differently it seems. I just tried to get a new card sent to me at a new address and they charged me $18 for a replacement! They are shipping it to my old address! which I have them the details for my new address previously! They limit how much you can spend/withdrawal to $500 per day, so you can't pay any large bills with there card or service. They aren't ready to be taken seriously yet.
I've had several of these types of services my employers have used over the years and this one is by far the worst. It takes FOREVER to load the app, the transaction will fail about a third of the time and I can only access a fraction of my earnings before payday. I've even had the app tell me x amount is available and when I go to pull it out, it says that amount is already processing or whatever and refuses to send my available funds. If you can, use a different service for sure.
This app is very bad. They've changed their policy to where they use an automatic system to update earnings. Issue with that is that it's not consistent, and the customer support reps don't have a clue as to what's going on. The app sometimes takes over 24 hours to update your earnings, constant crashes and delays, and reps who keep making things up as they go along. All they gotta do is fix that auto-update nonsense and it would be higher, but this company doesn't seem to care.
First few days it worked perfectly. Now I just want to see how much I've made, and it keeps shuttling me between "Your account is ready to use" and my account settings, with no way to navigate to seeing my daily earned totals. Yried re-hooking up my bank account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to force an update if it's bugged... no luck. So now it's just a useless app that can't do the one thing I wanted it for, monitoring my earnings.
Would put 0 stars if I could. Unable to even access my account for the longest time and after I was, I haven't been able to withdraw almost everytime I've gone in because it's greyed out. I told support one time and they said "they're aware and working on it". And now I can't even contact support, was even waiting on the phone for 5 minutes. For an app that's supposed to give you money for emergencies, theyre terrible at their job.
I set it up over a week ago and it hasn't updated since. I have worked this entire time. Something is wrong but nobody there can figure out what it is. They keep saying that they have opened up a ticket with the tech dept and someone will call me back shortly. That has never happened and they have opened at least 2 tickets. This would be a great service if it worked. Customer svs doesn't seem to know how it works and seem like they are answering all my questions from a script.
App is so buggy. Like literally hard to do anything. Takes forever to load and update. It changed the expiration date on my card, without notice, so while trying to use it I got locked out of my account. Customer service blamed me for not using the correct numbers. Customer service is trash. They don't help, just say they will escalate situations and then they never get back to you as promised. Yes I can access my waged early when needed. But almost not worth the struggle.
It is handy to be able to get early access to some of my money before payday. However, how much one can get isn't consistent, which makes it more difficult when a couple of financial emergencies arise at the same time. I'm working 50-60 hours a week. Last paycheck the app let me withdraw just under $500 early. This paycheck I am only permitted $30, despite having clocked over $700 over three days of work.
