06/2025 Unable to log in AGAIN since May. *** Since the last update, unable to "save for later" and my existing saved list is now gone. Freezes up and I constantly get booted from it. Coupons/promos in app don't match the current offers. Filters don't always work and often the Search doesn't find products that I know are there and I have to find them via other ways.

I purchased items showing in stock. I received an email stating they were getting my order ready and should be available in a few hours. I then received a follow-up email later stating that part of my order was canceled due to items not in stock and also stated, " we promise you will not be charged for the canceled items." In fact I was charged for the items out of stock and I will have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. Spoke with cust. service rep. to ask for compensation was told No.

This app no longer works for me. it will not accept my payment with a credit card I've been using on their app for years. I've called customer service and tried their suggestions:uninstall app and reload, bought a new phone since they thought it was a software issue, Nothing works. Discussed with associates at Ulta, it seems I'm not the only one who is having problems with the app. I would think they are losing a lot of money with this issue. I'm so frustrated!

Nothing about this app works right and it's always a massive pain to use. Won't let me change my password that it doesn't recognize, nor allow me to chat with anyone, nor keep me logged in when I always check the box to. Even if logged in, it's still incredibly inconsistent and never works while at the store. What makes it extra frustrating is it forces you to use this useless app to accomplish most things rather than allowing me to use a reliable browser.

Every time I sign into my ultra credit card, it says my password is wrong. I have had to change my password every time I log in. It's almost as if they don't want you to be able to make payments and see your statements easily. I will reset the password to the password it doesn't recognize and it will say " I can't use the previous password." Why didn't it work in the first place?! Improve your app so payments can be made. Interest is high on the card as it is.

This app is always having problems. Some items won't load. It will say something is available for pickup but says it isn't in available when checking out (but then say it's available again). It won't apply the coupon sometimes on normal, everyday items that qualify for coupons but then works again a few hours later. It's unreliable.

for the past 6 months I have had problems not being able to log on the app and the website. I know the login is correct because I get the text confirmation but it still kicks me out. Keep in mind that it's not only for ordering, but, also for trying to pay. I'm seriously considering closing my account after 7 years.

The Ulta Beauty app makes it simple to navigate whatever it is you are searching for. There are always coupons, specials, & gifts with purchases that make it worth your while to shop from the comfort of your home. There is even free delivery when you reach a certain amount. If you find that what you purchased was not what you like, the returns in the store are very simple to do. I love occasionally browsing the website for steals & deals. I can always count on the app for my needs.⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️

every year the birthday gift glitches. for 3 years, I have called Ulta. One of those years I got a response, but the workaround email didn't work. I went into the store another year and all they have in store are some old mascara samples in a drawer. The Ulta BD gift and the sales through the app feel like a scam anymore because it glitches everytime you try to use it. Will not longer recommend Ulta.

I've tried to make purchases several times in the last few days I called and texted customer service trying to figure out what was going on and it still isn't resolved. I tried purchasing about $188 worth of stuff on 9-15 & 165 on 9-16 still won't go through because it says my ccv or address is wrong everything is correct and I didn't have any problems purchasing through the app before the 50% on some items sell. I can't really set up a second account because I will lose $30 worth of points.

when tap on 'Save for later', it's not saving below my cart. Normally on other apps, the product will be at the top of 'Save for later' list. I guess there is a limit that you can save? and it would be nice to have them all listed instead of having to load more. there is a limit to, I think, 300 favorite items but trying to delete items takes forever. it would be nice if you could delete multiple items at once.

Ulta is great for samples, but your business is NOT appreciated. I'm diamond and haven't ever received a perks code. Talking to CS, they said they could reimburse me but couldn't provide a code when others reported they got it by chatting with CS. Also had errors with payment methods, lost out on an extraordinary amount of gwp's while they "attempted" to fix it. I was blamed, only to find out it happens frequently. If you aren't an influencer, don't expect anything but a Ty for feedback.

I have tried multiple times to make purchases during the 21 Day Sale, but my payments have not been accepted. I continually got a message saying to verify my address and credit card code, which was always correct. I tried different credit cards, but the same thing would happen. Because of this flaw with the website, I have missed multiple items that I wanted to purchase during the sale.

The app and the website will not let me use my Ulta Rewards Credit Card. I can use the card everywhere else. Customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive in fixing the problem. This is an issue the company is aware of as there are several blogs about this problem from other customers. Their solution was for me to use a different credit card. That means I wouldn't receive any of the benefits of having enrolled with their card!

Login is impossible. the security code sent via email arrives after the time expires. In my case, my landline is linked to my account, so a text doesn't work. I tried to update my cell number, but you have to do that in person at an Ulta store. I did that. It didn't update, and here I am, annoyed and writing this review rather than shopping. Oh yeah, and the AI chat support is a joke. It doesn't recognize any of the prompts so it just disconnects me. I'll just go to Sephora's app. 🤷‍♀️

Please allow us to filter out the marketplace listings. The "New" section is bloated with what look to be white label products, psuedoscientific ab devices, and candles with reviews that definitely seem fake. I do not want to buy marketplace products, but I do still want to keep shopping at Ulta, and being unable to filter these out will make it very difficult to shop. I'm hoping the current weird layout of the filters indicates it's being worked on & a change is coming soon. Pleaaaaaase

Horrible! My account was hacked by an Ulta employee and when I called to to inform that the person is still able to access the account even after the password was changed multiple times, they still only sent a password reset link. The security of the app is terrible! Further, the app does not allow you to apply coupons on most occasions, and the apply button keeps popping up each time you tap it. There is a glitch.

Three issues: 1) I cannot place ANY orders online with any credit or debit payments. It is not a bank issue, I've checked. 2) You can't submit a help desk ticket properly because you can't select a subcategory which is required. 3) You can't add a coupon on the app because the keyboard won't disappear long enough to click "done". You're forcing me to shop at sephora, which i don't want to do, but never any responses here so I'm sure you don't care.

I just had to update the app and now it won't log me in. I'm putting in my correct email and password and it keeps sending me a code to enter to verify that it's me. Once I enter the code it sends me back to the create an account page. I'm just going in circles. I've tried to reach out to customer service but I keep getting an "error page not found" message. So for now, I can't use the app.

Ulta has become the master of hidden free gift messaging. I placed an online order for pickup in store, and three items had "free gift with purchase " under the item. I use the product, so it was perfect. No such luck, nothing extra was in my bag. The girl had me go to the items on the website and click the "free gift," which opened up a whole section of small print. you had to spend so much of x (which I did) and didn't count if you picked up in store. They were a better store years ago!
