the app is retarded. if I call a Dr on the list and then go to the list, I have to start all over again.

Can't open dental EOBs and there own tech support Can't figure out why... on hold for multiple hours no help whatsoever! Update 4/13/23 Now when I try to log into the app , it makes me verify every time even after selecting trusted device and then goes to a black screen that I'm unable to navigate off of.

The app provides limited information about your account. It only appears to be good for accessing a copy of your insurance card. Nothing specific about what your benefits are and the provider search is weak and can very easily take you down the wrong path if you're not sure of what your looking for.

App and website are constantly saying - something went wrong. Refresh the page. Even when using biometrics to sign in or entering password. Reset my password a minute ago and it said - something went wrong. Refresh the page. Tried on both desktop website and phone app.

👎🏻👎🏻 The worst setup in the app history. To get to log in, you will spend 10 minutes going back and forth with texting codes. Cannot see all claims for all members on my insurance, but I'm the primary account holder. If I call, I get all the information regarding my sons or wife, but on the app, I am not allowed or grayed out members. So, the app is useless. The last information on the app was updated six months ago. Overall, it is useless and not a good setup (not user-friendly). 👎🏻👎🏻

I have only gotten it to show my ID cards once when I first initially set up the app. Every since then, it just says something went wrong. I've tried clearing cache and data, and did the typically uninstall/reinstall. The main point of me downloading the apps was to be able to see my insurance card....thanks..

Very difficult to use the help chat because the keyboard (gboard in my case) didn't push up the chat window so I couldn't see what I was typing. S24 Ultra

Not great. Biometric login doesn't work well (at all). Blank white screen on eventually successful (manual) login. "Something went wrong" error messages when I try to look at id cards. Looks like the information is there and looks like it has pretty decent potential, but way too many bugs.

Just installed this app, at first glance it's not very phone friendly I was trying to search for a provider and the process was very inefficient. The app opens up the window to search on it, it doesn't put your cursor in the search bar and if you go to another window the search window goes away and you have to start the process over again. This should be a 2 click process that doesn't require a bunch of new windows.

It sucks, it has links that don't work and a directory that doesn't work. not much works on the app. trash

Somehow managed to use my wife's number as the security code recipient for logging in despite my contact info being correct once signed in. even after signing in was unable to find where to search for covered providers.

Just spent over an hour and a half on the phone making repeated calls. Taken on an endless ride through the automated ridiculous trash system to finally be connected to a person with a thick accent that I could hardly understand that could not seem to figure out anything. I understand why so many people are upset with this company and I'm only just now getting a taste of what's to come. On a scale of 5 stars I give a negative 3.

The app itself is fine except that the messaging never seems to work. I click the button and it just brings me to a white screen with an X on the top right for foreverrrr. If this could get fixed, I wouldnt have any issues with the app. But I can't get quick responses and phone wait times are long too..

chat support broken currently while in chat with support there is no way to actually send messages. the arrow to send is greyed out while in chat with an agent. Galaxy fold 6

Crashes sometimes randomly, needs bug fixes. I do like the ID card GUI and share fax ect. still when I needed you most you kept vanishing...ATLA roku style. please fix crashing 🙏 😫 thanks devs 🙌

the online app isn’t user friendly when looking for doctors. you have to take screenshot or write down names/numbers. once you select a doctor's profile and wish to go back to the list, it'll make you stsrt all over again. You have to redo all your filters. It gets so frustrating that I often give up.

Can't even get in!!! I'm already registered and every time I log in it forces me to try and register again. I can't skip it and even when I enter all my info again, it gives me an error. it just keeps taking me in circles and won't let me in. the app is garbage just like the insurance.

can't use the chat support feature, app doesn't fit correct to my phone. With my android i have the hot bar on the lower part of my screen (multi-window, home, back) and it unfortunately covers the entirety of the chat bar so i cannot tap on it to type. Most apps would either cause this hot bar to lower or the app would adjust to sit above it, but this one sits under it.

My main issue with the app is that while I have immediate access to my EOBs, I am unable to print them off. This wasn't an issue a few months back. It seems the print capability disappeared after a recent update. Not happy about this since I like having a printed copy of my EOB to compare with the printed bills I receive for services rendered. Please bring back the print capability!!!!!!

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.
